It is close to the Bus terminal. Taxi to Hanok Village is 4500-5000W. Wi-Fi is good. But the shower is too weak. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed two nights at Arirang Hotel during the Chuseok Holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The computers in the room weren't working, but otherwise the room was well-supplied and clean.

We stayed here for two nights on our first visit to Jeonju. Although just the two of us we booked a room with a double and single bed as this was the only one available. It was comfortable, clean and well-equipped, and breakfast was included in the room price.

Stayed here for two nights to visit friends in Jeonju. It's less than a ten minute walk from the express bus station, less than a 5 minute walk from the regional bus station. Room is clean and big for the price. My only complaint is they still use keys attached to gigantic plastic blocks and you have to manually lock the door. I much prefer having a keycard so I don't have to check my key in and out.
