Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

Very nice hotel room - liked that they had a seating area with a coffee table. Facilities looked modern and clean. We only stayed one night because it was close to the airport, but would definitely consider a longer stay next time. Free parking but the parking lot had limited space.

The hotel was fine, suiting the need for a family of 4 to crash. The additional bedding for blue kids were two sleeping pads that weren’t comfortable. Front desk staff wasn’t unfriendly nor friendly. Adequate, clean, near restaurants & convenience stores & not far from airport.

This stay was part of a family and friends adventure for a child's birthday as well as a couple of first time visitors to Jeju. We had a good time. The location was further away from the city than we have stayed before which came with the benefit of fewer tourists, however, it also meant it took us longer to get places. When we checked in, one of the meal cards for the second room was missing, however, when we asked for it, it was quickly corrected. Staff speak multiple languages, so communication was easy. The breakfast was really tasty and convenient. There were a variety of options to suit a variety of taste preferences. There were a couple of weddings in the hotel during our stay which was fun to witness - changing of the couple's posters in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds could have been more comfortable for us - however, they were fine for the length of time and the purpose we were there. I would like to have had heavier blankets available. The shades were useful for blocking light which let us sleep just a little later. The staff were kind overall. We asked to use a table in the cafe at the end of the day to play a card game and were told we could not, and the staff did not suggest an alternative even when asked. Staff could have been more helpful in that regard. We ended up playing on the floor in one of the rooms for our group. The hotel was close to several restaurants and to bus stops.
