The hotel is beautiful, however my 1st room was a bit dated with dust, which caused some allergy issues for me. However the upgraded room options were much better. The staff was very courteous and kind. I would stay again, but I would upgrade my room from the start.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and let us check in early. However, they assigned us the room closest to the lounge, so it was quite noisy. Although it’s not the hotel's fault, the guests in the next room were very noisy, and the sound came through. I don’t think the room has great soundproofing. If you’re assigned to this room, specifically 607, you should probably ask them to switch you to another one.

Great hotel overall & good location, the only issue for me is that I can’t control my own aircon. The temperatures they set is way too high for my liking which resulted in me overheating several times a night. They have small windows you can open but is still not enough and sometimes people walk past them from the outside and keep closing my window.

Location was great not too close to all the shopping street lights but nit too far either. Surrounded by shopping lanes and food options. Room was a little too hot for us, but it was comfy enough. Staff friendly snd helpful, laundry facilities on was free, nice chilled lounge area and the massage chairs are a must try after a long day of exploring.

Really pleasant experience with the front desk and love the amenities of the hotel especially the full fledge gym and free laundry room

The staff who helped with check in was great and pleasant and the location was great. The place is a little dated and found hairs on the blankets on the first night.

The pros: nice hotel, clean, great location near markets shopping and food The cons: only feather pillows and I am allergic The shower could use some care: some of the grout was coming off and there was black on the walls

Great hotel with excellent staff. Hotel is in the center of the city. Stayed here for 28 days and it was amazing.

Just walk out the hotel and you are in a market. Everyone was so helpful

Good location for shopping and food but my room carpet condition was not great. I found one big stain spot on carpet and requested room change but was denied.

Very good location to access all the famous spot in Busan.

The hotel is well located within Nampo area. Walking distance to nearby eateries and shopping area. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Staff knows limited English, had to use Google translate. Checked in and asked where the washroom was, he said 8th floor. No washroom on that floor, went to the department store for the washroom. Took 2h 30min to use washer and dryer, not sure why the machines took so long. Shower was pulsating, needs maintenance. Closet was so dark had to use flashlight, safety deposit box doesn't work. Old and dated. Asked for taxi the next day, staff asked if we made reservation, we said no, he said we had to make it a week in advance which was strange. We asked where to take taxi at 5am, he said there are taxies along the street. He didn't even offered to call taxi for us and want us to wake up early and look for one in the morning, not sure if there would be any available. We went to the street to make sure. Flagged down a driver and asked if he could take us to the airport tomorrow morning, he said no. The next day at 3.30am, I went to the front desk to ask staff to call taxi for us, no one at desk from 3.30-4.30am. I found a staff doing laundry, he went to the front counter w/ me, he couldn't find staff and said there should be someone there. It was kind of him to go w/ me but he didn't even offer to call taxi. In the end we used Uber. Definitely don't recommend this hotel!

spacious clean very comfortable; in a convenient location and can easily get to the subway either Jagalchi or Nampo. Just a 3 min walk to BIFF square and 5 min walk to Jagalchi market for seafood meals. if you are into pocha culture in the night then you will be happy to know there are plenty of tents set up in the area for the experience. Would be happy to stay here again :)
