Amazing hotel and great location by IFC Mall and subway. The executive room with river view does not disappoint! The pool requires a cap so you must purchase if you dont have one. The breakfast buffet is great but slow for coffee lovers. I purchased coffee from the cafe on the ground floor and it was good.

Only issue. Only one bathroom stall in lobby and executive lounge. Thus, shall wait. All else is great.

Was a lovely stay with very accommodating staff that were happy to help! The view from my room was also beautiful.

Beautiful, quiet, great location above a train station & shopping center and what I loved what the hot/tap/cold water dispenser that I used a lot for coffee/tea/drinking water

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and regularly provided room service. Close to train station and two malls.

Physical plant: The room is getting old. It's still OK, but for a 5-star hotel, the bathroom is no longer pristine, signs of wear and tear are everywhere. The toilet area is rather badly designed with the door impeding access and egress. My room had a very nice view on the river and Namsan / Seoul Tower. The swimming pool is decent although the water temp was too high. Location: Quite good as the Yeouido subway station is nearby. The river park and Yeouido park are also within walking distance. Food: The breakfast is decent, with lots of selections. But some offerings clearly came from frozen stock, like the dumplings. And the fruit selections were good some days, quite poor other days. Service was OK. I was offered refill for my tea only once. The other days, I was given just one cup and that was it. I suppose I could have asked for refills, but in a 5-star hotel, one shouldn't have to do this. The cafe was terrible. I had some cake there one evening with a friend and we both didn't finish it. The Italian restaurant was decent although very expensive for the food it served. Overall, I would say this is a decent business hotel that works well for all the business people I saw everyday at breakfast. But otherwise, nothing exceptional. I will not return.

People here are genuinely unfriendly and rude. They are all acting superior and attitudes towards guests. They are all should be trained more to be working in this type of business: HOSPITALITY

Parking is terribly

Modern and comfortable hotel with gym and swimming pool located in the business district.

Great location to the city and at the IFC and Hyundai malls. Abundant and delicious options for breakfast. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The gym was large and full of new equipment. The staff were eager to assist and genuinely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

nice location, connected to mall
