I enjoyed my stay at The hotel, it was clean with a great location. I will definitely stay again!

Room

Room was large and had everything required. Location was great. The hotel had put a few extra signs to make it easier to find in the confusing alley ways.

Great location once you figure out how to find it (use Hotel Venue G as landmark). The room was very clean, quiet, spacious and included all basic amenities. The staff was great and super helpful. They provided us with a converter, shower curtain and extra comforter as the bed was too firm for my friend. Overall a great stay.

I think if you are coming South Korea for the first time, finding this Hotel is really tricky, so doesn’t really set the best mood for the stay, but once you find it eventually, you then know how to find it quicker next time. The place is just very outdated, needs a refresh and just some improvements. Our bedsheets had stains on them, the place wasn’t fully cleaned, there was dust and dirt in places that shouldn’t be there, even if you do a quick clean you would see those areas are still dirty. The wardrobe wasn’t really clean, pipes were exposed. There were 4 pillows in total, you could tell which ones were old and which one was new from the colour of them. This is just my opinion but the air con unit was placed in a way where the air would blow on us when laying down in bed, unless you try your best to direct it downwards, but I can imagine after some time, to feel the air con straight on you, may not feel the best. Overall, the experience wasn’t what I expected after seeing the rating online and reviews so was quite disappointed. I only stayed 1 night and changed hotels, which the new hotel I was really pleased with! The staff did say they would upgrade me because of the issues, but I did ask them at check in time are there any upgrades available and they said no and that they were fully booked, but it didn’t seem like they were fully booked when they offered us an upgrade. Okay place if you just want to stay somewhere cheap and not really fussed about the room.

Great stay . Easy to take bus or subway. Front desk helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and near the tourist spot.

Convenient location with walkable access to public transportation, shopping, and restaurants. Overall hotel was nice and clean but bathroom had mold along the tub and other locations in the bathroom. Beds are extra firm. Employees were extremely helpful and kind.

Great stay! The room was very spacious and had a very Korean house feel to it. Very clean as well. Bathroom was also spacious. The front staff was very friendly and the area is convenient to walk to Myeongdong and to the subway station. I really enjoyed this stay and will recommend to friends and use for future stays as well!

Room was spacious and clean. Very centrally located and not far from the main road. It is behind a building but that also meant it was quiet. Easy to walk to Ikseon-dong or Myeongdong. Water and towels were provided each day. They were happy to lend us a charging adapter because we forgot to bring ours. Ice is available on the first floor. Laundry is available on the top floor. Only gripe was that there was no shower curtain or glass to keep the bathroom dry while showering. But it was a minor issue as the bathroom was large so mostly stayed dry.

The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were very clean, but the location wasn't ideal for walking at night.

The room was simple, but very spacious and tidy. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. They were accommodating when I arrived from a later flight (after midnight). The location was also quite convenient, as it was an easy walk to a bus stop or metro. The only complaint I have is it is hard to find the location initially, as it is located in an alley. Easiest way to locate it (especially by taxi/uber) is to look up ‘Hotel Venue G’. Then you will easily notice a sign that points to the direction of the hotel.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the road access to it! Such a shame as once you are in the hotel it is very clean, welcoming and perfect for solo travellers. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the breakfast is straightforward (but great for setting you up for the day), and for what you pay everything is good value. Great central location, easy to walk and reasonably near to the subway, although taxis are reasonably priced and accessible. Overall a very good stay

Room very big and immaculately clean. There is a kettle, fridge and they provide fresh water bottles everyday. It was our first time visiting, and really enjoyed the busy areas 5-10mins walk away, but with the streets around the hotel being very quiet.

The hotel is super clean and new. The breakfast buffet is satisfying and meets our expectation. I travelled with my family and I like that they have a spacious bathroom with bidet toilet which is cool and easy to use. The staff is helpful as well.

The staff were amazing. Went above and beyond. The hotel overall was clean, but some minor stains on bedsheets but we didnt mind too much. Great location, public transport easily accessible
