Very foreigner friendly and super nice staff! Also in an area that was a quick walk from many restaurants and cute shopping places, or a short walk to the subway for exponentially more options!

Good location, perfect service. Stayed there for 5 days 4 nights, we encountered 2 rainy days, the hotel provided an umbrella for us. The burger right in front of the hotel is yummy.

Our brief stay at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong was top notch! Upon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff greeted and welcomed us warmly. We were quickly checked in and given early access to our room. The lobby was very clean and well organized as were the restrooms on the first floor. The seating area has a great view of the street. Hotel location is excellent-it is walking distance to many places of interest for visitors.

Luôn tạo cho tôi có cảm giác rất thân thiện và gần gũi như đang ở nhà mình vậy. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện đi lại, gần các điểm du lịch, mua sắm. Rất ấn tượng. Quả là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Tôi đã đặt 4 đêm cho kì nghỉ tháng 4 sắp tới của tôi. ❤️

Everything was walkable and close to all three subway lines. Food options were great. My only issue was our room was quite tight with no storage options so our clothing either stayed
