Nice to stay. Close to a subway station.

The staff was very helpful! The Google Maps told me to go to the residence building and not the hotel. The staff helped me get to the right building. Room was clean and comfortable.

It was convenient and I liked the free breakfast. Also the location in Gangnam was excellent.

Staff are friendly and can communicate in English. Breakfast is ample. Room was clean and everything worked as suppose to. Will definitely book again if i find ny way to Gangnam.

Noise from outside. Sounded like machine noise. Couldn’t sleep well.

Needs better ventilation in room/bathroom

We found Inn - The City to far exceed our expectations. We do not look for five star "American style" hotels and prefer local hotels around the world. This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and staffed by helpful people who go out of their way to assist in every way. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler. As we don't like to take taxis from airports, we traveled by train and subway from the airport. When doing this, I would now recommend contacting the hotel staff by e-mail or phone (desk staff speak English very well) so they can provide you with more detailed address information as the info on the Expedia web site is not in the format used by taxi drivers to find the hotel. Similarly, the map on Expedia is missing the closest metro station and will tend to take you to one a bit more distant from the hotel (the station closest to Inn-The City is called Yeoksam and is between Gangnam and Seolleung stations).

The hotel is very close to train station in gangnam area. Shower is very hot and room heat is good. Hotel staff are very helpful.

Staff is nice and helpful. Convenience transportation, and comfortable rooms,makes our trip perfect.

I booked this hotel for one night. They have two Inn City Hotels with only a street apart. One is business. The other is residence. I was confused at first why there were two different prices until I realized they were not the same place. This is the "business" Inn City. I booked the "residence" inn city before and the only difference is that "residence" has a kitchen etc. When I arrived staff greeted me with open arms. Very friendly and helpful. They said since it was my first time (at the 'business') location they upgraded me from economy to business class for my room. tbh... I didn't see that much difference than the economy I rented from the "residence" location. Only difference was they had a little couch and end table. Beds here are usually "hard" as well. Aside from that it's a nice place to stay for overnight (which is what I did). Or maybe a few days on a budget. It's simple and very small. Very clean. Has free internet! and fairly close to main town.

Location in Google map is wrong which misleading you to their old building and still with hotel signage on it, time wasting; the apartment is old and terrible dirty and disgusting, you can find unknown dirts on bed sheets, they seems not changed it at all !

アメニティがないのが残念でした。

良かったところは値段が安かった。フロントの方が丁寧な対応だったこと。 悪かったところは季節柄しょうがないのかもしれませんがコバエがたくさんいたところ。窓を開けていないのにどこからか入ってきてしまうようでした。虫嫌いなので結局20匹くらいと格闘しました。

만족합니다. 주변에 먹거리도 많고 우선 음식을 조리 해서 먹을 수 있어 좋습니다.
