청결: 4/5 하수구 냄새같은게 난다는 후기를 봤었는데 실제로 살짝 냄새가 납니다. 조금 있다보면 적응이 되서 그런지 그렇게까지 신경이 쓰이진 않습니다. 서비스: 5/5 스태프들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 웃는 얼굴에 침 못뱉는다고 이 부분 때문에라도 더 오고싶을 정도. 휘트니스: 4/5 유산소 쪽에 강점이 있고 웨이트 쪽도 뭐 있을건 다 있습니다. 다만 스미스 머신에 기름칠을 좀 해야할거 같네요. 많이 뻑뻑했습니다. 침대: 4/5 적당한 Hard함이 좋았습니다. 절대 Soft한 편은 아님. 총평: 4/5 출장이 잦은 저에게 대구 지역에서의 숙박은 무조건 이 곳으로 할 예정입니다. 주변에 뭐 식당은 별로 없는거 같은데 전투적으로 미팅을 치른 후 혼자 여유를 즐기기에는 이만한 호텔도 없을거 같네요.

3박하는데 화장실 냄새가 계속 났어요. 방을 바꿔준다고 하셨는데 비즈니스로 간거라 방 옮기고 할 정신이 없어서 그냥 지내다 왔습니다. 청소하고 약품 쓰는건 임시방편이고 시간 지나면 계속 냄새가 올라오는거 보니 근본적인 원인을 찾아 조치를 취하셔야할 것 같습니다.

The room conditions are too old, not ergonomic, poor condition, badly maintained, and so forth. No electric outlet near to the bed. Lights are out of order. no shower door. small TV, no USB outlet. it is the 1950s facility. It is too expensive considering the condition.

I stayed here in June 2019. The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms were outdated. The advertisement on its website did not reflect the true condition of the hotel. Location was not great. It's far from downtown Daegu and metro station.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had to visit Daegu for work and this was my only option. The first thing that really upset me was half of the outlet plugs didn’t work. The next issue was the bed was extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on a rock. And to top it all off the hard wood floor seemed to have collected a lot of dirt and disgusting particles from the previous people who stayed there. Also the shower water was very harsh and had a lot of metals in it. So my skin got extremely dry. Not to mention the room air conditioning wouldn’t get colder than 74 degrees Celsius. I really disliked my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend not going here.

The staff was very friendly and fast with the check-in process. Lobby was very clean and very impressive and fancy looking. But that's where the good ended. Room was very dirty. A lot of trash under the bed. Mold in shower and near the sink. AC didn't work very well.

I did not like anything about this property other than the staff at check in were very kind. This place is very deceiving and looks super fancy and clean but the rooms are dumpy and outdated. Holes in towels, disgusting hard water with tons of chlorine which burns the eyes (can not imagine the rust build up inside of the pipes), evidence on shower heads show how nasty it is, carpets horribly stained and outdated by many years. I can see if someone stays there maybe one night for ease of a convention but I rather stay in the City Center and Taxi it in. Would not recommend or stay here again. Many of the said, things on their Brochures don’t even exist. Example: there is no dinner buffet etc...This is a bare minimum facility with ease of the Convention Center with a convenient store and over priced coffee shop inside.
