Very bad smell in bath room. Very uncomfortable after using toilet. I was told ventilation was not working due to very old building system while I complaim. They just bring room order spray. Will consider newer hotel for next visiting

Excellent position for sightseeing and getting to and from the airport. ‘Limousine’ coach service stops right outside. Although old and dated, retro!!! spotlessly clean and comfortable. Metro and bus links outside too. Would highly recommend and return stay here.

The location of this property cannot be beat - easy access to public transport, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Staff was great and rooms were well maintained. Appreciated having 4 twin beds...this is the first time we've each had our own bed, great sleep for all of us!

Our first stay at the Koreana... and it was long overdue! Great Hotel smack dab in the middle of Seoul... Close to everything! A short walk to many places you will want to visit, and only a two-minute walk to the subway station that will quickly take you anyplace else in the city. Clean, modern, beautiful hotel in the middle of the city with spacious rooms, but without the high city price! Staff very friendly, great food, and wonderful city views.

The parking service is very bad and they didn't take our vehicle into the main garage but if they korean they give vip service we felt because we were foreigners. we were told that the garage was full. But in fact it wasn't literally, three minutes later, they were taking more vehicles in the main garage,

Great location in the center. Our room overlooked a palace and we could walk to many tourist sites as well as two metro stations. Two issues - safe not functioning and room temperature too high(centrally controlled). The front staff arranged for the safe to be fixed the next day, turned off the heat in our room and gave us a fan which helped with sleeping though it took several days to cool the room down. In all it was a good stay and the staff was helpful.

I booked this hotel for a business trip, and it had everything I need. It’s also well connexted to subway stations (line number 1,2, and 5) and several bus stops. Inside was very clean and well maintained. All staffs were very friendly. I will definitely stay here for my next business trip.
