Marianne Hotel

The first time we entered the hotel we saw some stuff had not cleaned up. The staff however were nice as they let us change our room. The view was very nice and we enjoyed the view.

Excellent location near the beach, shops, restaurants. I was very fortunate to have an excellent view from my room, which made my stay more pleasant and enjoyable. Friendly staff welcomed me at all times. Thank you for making my stay amazing.

Convenient location

It has a nice view and a clean bed and bathroom within a reasonable distance from the sea. The staff is kind and always treats customers with a smile. Parking is comfortable and I enjoyed a pleasant trip.

Hotel stuffs looked old and need renovations. Not able to check in early and they require everyone’s passport. Kinda hard

Close to haeundae beach, bus stop just in front of the hotel and just 10 mins. walk to Blueline Park

The room is more spacious than the average room in other hotels. There is some sea view. The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk to our favourite places and eMart supermarket. Housekeeping must be improved though. On one day, the hair on the bathroom drain was not cleared, they never wash the cups and they never refill the coffee sachets and teabags. The freezer compartment did not work and kept collecting water in the fridge.

Wonderfully large clean rooms

The area that the hotel is in was perfect. Easy access to the beach, shopping, and locations to dine all within walking distance. Also, the bus stop is right outside of the hotel, which was convenient. The beach was only a 3-minute walk. However, the accommodations weren't nice. Our room was really filthy and smelled poorly. There were holes in the wall, that were poorly patched up and filled in. The walls were filthy; dirt, yellowed with age, dead bugs smeared on them, and there were pencil marks on the wall by the bed closest to the window. The bathroom also smelled like urine when we arrived and frequently throughout our stay; even after the nice cleaning staff cleaned it. In addition to this, the main lobby on the 3rd floor wasn't functioning while we were there. We waited for over 20 minutes to check out at the front/main lobby, just to realize we had to check out on the ground floor; where the parking was. There were no signs or indicators for anyone to know this. There were multiple people in the lobby waiting to check out not knowing where the employees were. Plus, the waiting area on the first floor was too small for more than two parties to move around in with their luggage comfortably. Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has tons of potential. Maybe we just caught it at a bad time?? Overall it was way overpriced for how dirty our room was and poor communication with staffing.

Very near bus stations.

Dirty bed sheets and pillows. There were hair and eye lashes. They exchanged the sheets after I requested for it. Disappointing.

Room was overall ok but extremely dangerous window opening all the way with no protection from falling out. Sewage smell from bathroom, noisy fridge and strange positioning of bed.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on all the walls and mold in the bathroom on the walls. We found trash and food underneath the bed which didn't have a headboard. Hotel was listed as three stars which didn't add up to expectations.

Great stay in Busan. This hotel is very simple and close to everything including a 2 min walk to a great beach!

Stayed for two nights! Hotel was very clean and close to everything. Loved the beach and the surrounding area lots to do. Probably the best area to stay in when visiting Busan.

部屋はきれいでした。テラス付きの部屋をとって部屋からの眺めは最高でした！ベットも5人家族で充分だったし、トイレ、お風呂場もきれいです。駐車場の人も優しくて、車の出し入れもスムーズ。コンビニもすぐ下にあるし、道を渡ればお店やレストランがたくさんある。ビーチからは徒歩五分ぐらいでした。また釜山にきたときはここに泊まりたいと思います。

thanks for the perfect greering for our tour of Busan. The best thing is the front desk in on 3rd floor so we don't need to meet anybody when we go out and come back.

I absolutely loved the bathtub and my bed, but it would be nice if the bathtub was scrubbed a bit more. Getting in I felt like I had to scrub it one more time before it felt truly clean.

We had a good time with friends. It was cleaned and comfortable.

We booked four rooms, they arrange us in the same floor, comfortable bed and clean. Will book for next times
