처음 로비에 들어갔을때 Simon 님이 친절하게 체크인 도와주셨고, 원래 체크인 시간보다 한시간 전에 갔는데도 체크인이 가능해서 좋았습니다. 그리고 교통과 편의시설이 너무 가까워서 편하게 있을 수 있었던거 같습니다.

This was a lovely hotel in a convenient area for walking directly to the beach, going to restaurants, or getting a quick taxi/walking to attractions like the sky capsule. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Busan!

Great spot steps away from Haeundae beach and lots of restaurants and nightlife. Rooms were very nice and clean. Our room was a little bit worn in some aspects but mostly still very clean and modern. Was a nice stay for our family and would recommend!

Was initially concerned about room temperature after reading complaints about it being centrally controlled. However, it was comfortable and did not affect sleep quality. Despite a full house situation and a queue to enter the breakfast hall, their staff managed the crowd control professionally and calmly. Breakfast spread was excellent with quality food choices.

Hotel is very clean. The toilet has a bidet. Best sea view from the hotel room. Will book again. The room temperature is very cooling as I was able to control it.

Great location Just opposite the beach. Taxi rank is just by the entrance. The room had sea view, large room but decor could do with updating. Stated room is soundproof definitely not we could hear next room TV and we had to get up next day very early to catch a flight, not good. Breakfast was really nice with so much choice.

Ms. 전혜련 assisted me during check-in. She was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel itself was very clean, but the soundproofing was poor. The rooftop pool is lovely; however, it rained when I visited. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly place to stay.

There were four lifts, two operating as a set and the other two operating individually, this resulted in the lifts being pressed by multiple people on multiple levels and stopping almost every level, the amount of time spent on waiting for lifts is a great waste. There’s nothing to shout about on this hotel, very basic and way too simple, the curtains can’t be drawn to full with a curtain track blocker in the middle. Room wallpapers are tearing, the furnitures are old and with parts chipped off. Imho, this does not appeals to me as a 4 star hotel

Perfect location. The elevator system was very inefficient and during busy hours we waited for 5-6 elevators to come and leave before we would get on one. Rough! They were slow and had to be called one-by-one for some reason. Service was amazing & the room was large. Taxi parking spot right out the front doors, usually with 2-3 taxis ready to go! The beach was right across the street & the hotel was near street markets, shopping districts, convenience stores, and cute bakeries (highly recommend Standard Bread Haeundae).

The hotel is nice and clean, but definitely there were areas we found were a bit worn down. Also, they only had 2 washer/dryer for the entire hotel and both were not functioning when we were there. Also, no sign was placed on 2 of the non-functioning washer/dryers so a lot of time was wasted figuring that out. On another night, I used the hotel gym and children were in there playing on the machines and with the weights like it was a playground! Overall, we enjoyed our stay since we were out and about most of the day.. but will probably chose a different hotel in the same area next time.

Location - very good and close to beach front. Room - cleaned well. Staff - generally helpful. The trainees are sometimes more helpful than the experienced onces. Breakfast is good but ends too early at 930am. Initial bookings / specific request - not very good and you could be ignored. Laundry - they frequently breakdown. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers. 50% of them was broken.

Good stay and good hotel at a good location. Breakfast was expensive and waiter literally ask me to leave after 10 am although I have all my things collected and set in front of me. Kinda rude or rigid Koreans.
