Room small but comfortable. Breakfast average

Lots of good restaurants around the area. Laudromat only 1 block away.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The property was also quieter than some hotels I have stayed at in Seoul, allowing for a better night’s sleep. The walk to Seomyon station felt a bit challenging in 90+ temps, but the area was convenient with quick access to restaurants, the market, an underground mall, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Well located. A great area to go shopping and catch transportation.

They charge their guests KRW9000 to use the onsen & if I had known earlier I would not have booked it & the distance to the nearest subway is about 10 mins walk rather far actually & the surrounding area is a pubbing area. I still prefer Busan Station area for easy access.

Very nice accommodations near the location for the pre-Weekend events. I would stay again. Restaurant and coffee shop downstairs, not a part of the hotel but very convenient for guests. Hotel lobby on 3rd floor. Very accommodating that they had a WOW money exchange machine in lobby. Good rates.

Great location — just a short walk to the subway station, with plenty of eateries and a convenience store right nearby. Super convenient for getting around and grabbing meals or essentials. Room size is decent and clean.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shops close by. The superior room was really nice. I am a Gold member in Hotels.com so expected some perks as a VIP guest. I got an early check in for one of the two rooms I had booked. So not much advantage to being VIP

Wonderful accommodation experience, convenient location and wide variety of dining and shopping options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff with customer-centered service. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family who will visit Busan in the future!

I don't know where to start with this review. Overall, i hope i was unlucky but in my experience I found this to be the most inhospitable hotel i have ever stayed in. On check in, i was told to check out the following day because i had 2 bookings and to leave my bags with reception until 3pm. I was OK with this until the next day im shown a notice when they see my bags saying they wont take responsibility for anything lost. Also at check in i was asked to put a hold on my card. As i had paid in full, i refused and was then told they needed it in case i didn't pay. This made no sense and then i was told in case there were damages. I refused. On day 2, a fire alarm goes off at 2am in my room. It was in Korean only. I had no idea what was happening. I received a note under the door. After writing a formal complaint about the incident, the hotel manager stepped in. Im happy with how he resolved the matter and the rest of the staff need to be trained in customer service. Day 3, i went to breakfast at 940am to be told i could not enter as last admittance was at 930. All notices say breakfast finishes at 10am. Its a buffet. You do not order anything so not sure what this is all about either. Fortunately the manager stepped in for me. In addition, as seen from pictures shower taps were not properly connected to the wall in the second room i stayed in. First room had no issues. Other than the tap, the room was to a high standard. It's a shame about all the other details.

Good location. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Quality hotel with excellent facilities and good upkeep of the condition of the room. Have stayed in other Solaria Nishitetsu hotels and this one also lives up to the brand name. Our room had an impressive view of the city from the bathtub. Unfortunately, a non smoking room had a smokey odour in the main toilet when using the extractor fan. Previous guest seem to not care about the non smoking policy. Such a shame as the room was excellent aside from this. It was resolved by airing the room and installing some scented candles. But it really impacted the first impression.

The sauna and gym were located at the basement, which was dingy and dark, we were quite scared to use it. They also have the staff room and supplies room there, so not the most organized floor to place the amenities room. But the staff were top notch, breakfast buffet great.
