Nice hotel. Good breakfast.

Just okay and economic value.

Only issues I see - room is very small and the checkout time is 10AM. This is the earliest checkout time I ever heard of. If you can manage a small room and want to leave early - this is a decent choice for a budget hotel.

I always stay at Toyoko Inn Gangnam because it’s the one closest to my workplace. I stay here for a couple of days about 3 to 4 times a year. Everything is great about this hotel, except for the staff. Most of the receptionists (especially the one with the mid-length bob) are not friendly at all. They don’t seem to be enjoying their job at all. I never gave a review of this hotel before, but during my last stay, the receptionists were tad bit meaner than the usual. A guest needed help with the vending machine. She politely asked help from the two ladies at the reception, but none of them left the counter to help her. Mind you, there were no guests checking in or out at that time because it was already late. One of the receptionists just yelled some instructions to the lady needing help with the vending machine. I felt terrible for her.

Comfortable bed and very clean. Close to Gangnam Station. Staff advised us of best option to meet a day tour at closest pick ip point. Substantial and tasty buffet breakfast. Freely available coffee, tea, toiletries and even pyjamas in lift lobby to take to rooms.not far from beautiful Bongeungsa Temple.

Rooms are tiny. Elevators are ridiculously slow. Especially at check out time. You get ONE pillow, and it is as hard as a rock.

Located in the heart of K-Culture. Lots of dining options available at the walking range.

The room is small; however, I enjoyed the free traditional Korean breakfast. The 24-hour front desk is also a great feature. Overall, this is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers

This hotel provides everything plus delicious breakfast at one third price of 5 star hotels. Only issue is there are only 3 elevators not enough for such crowds.

older hotel with tight space/poor room setup, and a small limited number of elevators. but breakfast had a lot of variety, and was actually pretty good for being complimentary!

I love Toyoko Inn Hotels, knowing there is one in Gangnam neighborhood in Seoul It was my first option. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Japanese comfort in Korea. Beds aré very comfy and has a great sleep. Pillows are the best pillows in any hotel chain. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options: Western and Korean. Locations is super good in Gangnam neighborhood full of shops, restos, eateries, bars and people all day and night.
