Staff, room. Service was all great

Really good option for more of a boutique hotel feel but in the downtown core of Madrid. Parking is not easy here - and I think I read that it was an option which is why I booked it…. It is not easy, you can’t even pull in-front of the hotel to drop off your bags. We had to drive around trying to find a lot that had spaces open and it was a Wednesday afternoon (so I would assume the weekends would be insane). In the downtown core this was very stressful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and modern. I would say my biggest complaint is the noise. We could hear people above us and the water that ran (not sure from another unit using their facilities or if it was something else) woke us up. It’s also right downtown so, the noise from the street outside was louder than expected. I think if you’re looking for an option in this neighbourhood, it is a great one - especially if you’ll be staying out late or travelling with a partner or friends.

Great location. Stylish hotel within walking distance to many things. Clean and comfortable. Off the Gran Via which is very busy, quiet rooms.
