The hotel was very clean and central and staff were great. Hotel was very quiet given how close to Gran Via. The surrounding street can get a bit messy sometimes but I would stay here gain if I come back to Madrid.

The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. And once again, thank you to the staff there!

The location is convenience and near the city centre but not in the main street, may not be suitable for female tourist alone.
The hotel is modern and clean! the bed mattress is a bit soft to me.
The room and the toilet is spacious and clean.
The service is normal not really passionate.

The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants.
