The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. And once again, thank you to the staff there!

The location is convenience and near the city centre but not in the main street, may not be suitable for female tourist alone.
The hotel is modern and clean! the bed mattress is a bit soft to me.
The room and the toilet is spacious and clean.
The service is normal not really passionate.
The Lobby allows group gathering

La camera, ne è poi il cuore, è questa, pulsa molto bene…
Magari, insieme all’accappatoio (comunque bella cosa) si potevano far trovare anche delle ciabattine di spugna…
