Aquasol Aparthotel

The hotel, facilities and staff were all amazing. Hotel entertainers super friendly, and housekeeping again so helpful. Food is excellent, great variety, and not overpriced. Excellent location, nice and flat, plenty to do outside in the surrounding area, bars, restaurants, shops etc. As a family of 4, we felt very safe, well looked after and can’t wait to book again!!

Good location. Apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Beds were comfortable. Shower very good and towels changed regularly. Staff were great

The only thing was they have the heating on and it’s 20 something degrees outside. And sprinklers where I was at 3am. So I left two days early. However the fittings and property size is great, it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve saw. And recommended if you can handle the heating.

David(Spanish) and David (Manchester originally) at reception were very kind & sorted out the queries, problem on lock safe & even recommended areas to visit & suggestions. Beautiful clean hotel , with top class entertainment, nice large swimming area , table tennis & pool table with bar. Close proximity to shops & beach only 5 mins walk. Maguluf on right side & Parma Nova beaches on the left. So much close proximity to a wide variety of food, clothes & other shops. Safe area & opposite is the main bus stop towards other areas around the island.

We stayed at the Aquasol for a week and it was more than adequate. It came up significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area so we werent expecting too much. However, the hotel was spotless in all communal areas and in the rooms . Our room was a 1 bed apartment and was spacious and well equipped. It was a little dated but everything was in working order and well maintained. Aircon was the best ive had in Spain, really cold within a few minutes which was perfect when it was 30 degrees outside. The pool bar was great value for food and drinks and really good quality. Freshly made diaquris were a hit with us. The entertainment guy was great, just enough going on for kids and adults without it being in your face, rifle shooting, killer pool, water polo, aqua bingo, mini disco etc. Bar staff and reception staf were extremely helpful and friendly. My only negative would be that they could have a bit more control over the sunbed situation, as could many hotels. There are only a few adjustable sunbeds and people were going down before 6am reserving them. By 7.30am, usually all of the remaining flat sunbeds were gone too and often had towels on them until early afternoon before anyone arrived to use them. Maybe adopting a policy where if towels have been down for more than an hour without the sunbeds being used then they are removed.

I researched a few hotels in Palma Di Mallorca, I was hesitant at first due to the room pictures, but went ahead as it was close to the beach. I took my 3 boys aged 10 - 13, we all had an amazing time, the apartment was clean and fairly spacious with a nice balcony, the grounds were immaculately kept, reception staff were very helpful, the air-conditioning was a life saver, and all located walking distance between the Palma Nova Beach, the strip, Katmadu, and 25 mins from PMI airport. The hotel pool is clean and decently sized, but got busy in August, and shuts around 18:00 which was a little annoying as the Sun stays hot well into the evening, luckily the beach is very close anyway. Local shops can be quite cheap for a tourist area, I got a bottle of Rum, loads of snacks and drinks for the kids for under 30 euros. All in all a surprisingly good apart-hotel, in a great location.

We stayed for a few nights and the apartment was fine. Air con worked very well and the Reception staff were excellent. Nice pool too.

Basic accommodation. Towels changed every couple of days. Floors not swept in duration of our stay. Clean enough for just a cheap accommodation option.

Great location and very kind and helpful staff. Amenities like the pool, washing machines, store and half-board option were wonderful. Only problem was too many 20 somethings that partied noisily until the morning every night.

ridiculous airconditioner policy, that we weren’t informed prior, many cockroaches in the premises, ordered a room for 4 and ended up with a double bed and a couch 2 people had to share that didn’t even fit one, terrible wifi reception, pool was barely open and the sunbeds were dirty. No ramps whatsoever and no lifts therefore we had to climb dozens and dozens of stairs with heavy luggage to reach our room, the bar personnel refused to speak in English and even in Spanish, kept insisting on speaking Catalan. The only good thing was the hotel’s location and the low prices in the mini market
