This is a WONDERFUL hotel in a great location - close enough to easily walk to all the important sites, yet quiet and calm in the evening. Clean, modern, spacious rooms. We appreciated the elegant, minimalist decor. Their restaurant is great! The best dinner we’ve had in San Sebastián was here at the hotel. The owner and staff are kind and helpful, offering suggestions when asked and full of information about things to do in this region. Marco was especially helpful. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Ten stars!

Amazing location and hotel. Maitee and Telmo were both excellent sources for food choices and sight seeing. We had a wonderful time !

Staff was very helpful and able to communicate with us in English. Room was cleaned daily and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

The room was very clean, but there was not a single drawer or a shelf to put clothes on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast “a la carte,” which was nice. The hotel is a bit far from the center of town or the old city, but we felt very safe walking back and forth. We found the hotel to be a bit expensive based on location, but we found the staff to be very helpful.

Convenient location within walking distance of old town and plenty of tapas bars nearby. Telmo provided great tips during check in and followed up with additional ideas. Great service!
