Trevligt hotell med skapligt läge lite utanför den absoluta stadskärnan (15 minuters promenad till centrum). Bra parkering och en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff,

Staff was very helpful and able to communicate with us in English. Room was cleaned daily and we thoroughly enjoyed the view from the terrace. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!

We stopped here for one night after a long holiday in Italy before heading back to Madrid, and it was a great choice. Marco at reception was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in late at night — he made us feel very welcome and even took the time to explain how to get around the charming city of San Sebastián and its beautiful historical landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center easily. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent — the food in San Sebastián never disappoints! A special mention to Mohammed, our waiter, who provided such attentive and friendly service. Finally, during check-out, the lady at reception was wonderful — warm, efficient, and made the end of our stay just as pleasant as the beginning. Overall, a perfect short stay with fantastic staff and great service. Highly recommended!

Excellent food in the hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly went above and beyond in every way to accommodate us. The rooms were way bigger than expected. Extended our stay another night to try more of the food.

La temperatura siempre estuvo agradable en la habitación y otras áreas del hotel. La comida aunque buena, puede mejorar en cuanto a la variedad. Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y ofrecer servicio personalizado.

Only negative the hotel is next to railway line - 6am train quite annoying!

Great rooms, location is close to town and near lots of buses, amazing, quaint romantic place for a stay in San Sebastian!

The room was very clean, but there was not a single drawer or a shelf to put clothes on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast “a la carte,” which was nice. The hotel is a bit far from the center of town or the old city, but we felt very safe walking back and forth. We found the hotel to be a bit expensive based on location, but we found the staff to be very helpful.

Convenient location within walking distance of old town and plenty of tapas bars nearby. Telmo provided great tips during check in and followed up with additional ideas. Great service!

De accommodatie redelijk, kamer heel goed! Personeel heel vriendelijk en gelijk goeie tips voor restaurants! Minder vindt ik het ontbijt omdat je een kaartje met de prijzen krijgt om te bestellen! En niet een buffet voor de dure totaal prijs!

The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.

Very nice stay in a renovated mansion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very good. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, and to the old town in 20-25 minutes. San Sebastian is a beautiful and safe city. I would certainly stay here again.
