quick check in, friendly staff, pretty decent breakfast no complaints, if taking small children get them wetsuits as the pool is ice cold, lovely hotel and massive rooms would definitely come back here again, ideally situated (15 mins by taxi to the airport)

Hotel was very clean and staff were professional and polite. Room was a good size with nice sea view. It’s located in what seems to be a run down area of Torremolinos and is a 10 minute stroll to the beach. No onsite entertainment during our stay. We stayed all inclusive food options were limited and hot food was often cold. Drinks were ok. Had to pay a 1euro deposit for a cup to get drinks and needed to be persistent to get deposit back at end of holiday also had to pay 20€ deposit for pool towels and a 10€ deposit for room safe

The room we were given was vey old the beds are terrible the sheets and covers are not comparable to motel 8. The food in the other hand was good during breakfast and dinner

I liked some points in this hotel, like it was large and spacious, next to the beach, staff are amazing, contains a wide car parking, and the breakfast room was very large and had many options, and the most options are delicious. But there is a note, that at first glance when you enter you think it is luxurious, but when you reach the room you will realize that it is old and in dire need of completely renovating everything in it. The bathroom is old and not completely clean and bad, and the shower is also bad, the beds are old and not that much comfortable and in need of renovation as well.

Disrespectful and degrading hotel staff! AC function not working so they let guests sleep in cold rooms! Not cooperating! Lights were broken too! No response just taking your money!

Reading some of the negative reviews I don’t agree with the hotel was clean and well run the only downside was there is no English TV but that’s a personal choice for me there was lots of choice for breakfast but unfortunately the cooked breakfast was only lukewarm on the five days I was there that was a bit disappointing

Very disappointed with my one night here (last night) in room 658.
I checked in with a 2 year old and was given a room on the top floor. The balcony was very unsafe for that age so we couldn't use it.
I had to go up some steps from reception to get to room with child, pushchair and bags and was offered no help.
No glasses in the room to even have a drink of water.
Remote control for aircon didn't work.
Bottom of the beds we're fraying.
But worst of all was the cleanliness.
There were dark hairs all over the bathroom, in the bath, on the floor, on the hairdryer.
I wiped a section of the carpet in the bedroom with a wet wipe and it was covered in dirt and hairs.
A contact lense under the bed.
Stain on carpet near fridge.
Stain on headboard.
Please see attached photos. Completely unacceptable.
I will say that the breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and shower, doors about to fall of where the mini fridge was, carpet from 1935 maybe older, lousy pillows, air condition went down and instead of providing a repair ASAP they waited until the next morning at 11:00 for a service Paterson to show up. The gave me a room as a result of the air conditioning being down that made me feel I was in the military barracks.. if you guys rate this hotel 3.75 you need to review the measuring scale you are using this is a 1.5 star at the most.

The place looks fine, but the service isn't very good.
There was someone at the parking pointing us where we could park the car temporarily. He didn't make any attempt top help us out with several heavy bags while holding a baby - he literally watched me walk in and out 3 times.
When we arrived at the front desk "they didn't receive any confirmation from hotels.com" - meaning I had to call the customer service to re-send a confirmation. This altogether took almost an hour and wasn't a good experience. The girl at the reception was just following get orders (she said) so no blame on her, but in a future scenario I'd suggest to be more proactive in sorting it out with your suppliers instead of letting me wait.
The floor of the room was covered with ants walking around and the bed was extremely hard and had this uncomfortable pillows. The room and bathroom were clean though and the gentleman at checkout was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was run down and rooms quite dated. There was a clear ant infestation at all locations in the hotel from the lobby to the bedrooms, including the beds themselves!
Food was ok, however not hot and clearly suited to the majority Spanish clientele
Staff were ok, helpful when required but not happy at their jobs which put a negative feel in the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel unfortunatey, massive potential given location but not up to scratch for the 4* rating!
