Very good location. Somewhat small and cramped but adequate. Facade was being worked on and the whole front was covered with scaffolding. Very accommodating.

Wonderful check in staff. Clean room. Bunk beds for families was awesome. More hotels need to do this!

Great clean modern hotel in historic building central of luxury shopping area. Breakfast not so great

Catalonia Goya is in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid. Nice, safe, quiet area but a bit far from the City Centre. The metro is right outside but we did a lot of walking. Lots of shops around and about a 7 min walk to Mercado de La Paz. Rooms were renovated, clean and medium sized. Appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, tea and other amenities. We traveled with my father who has a wheelchair and the adapted room was roomy with built in shower seat and pull down arm for support by the toilet. Note you will have to take a 2nd set of elevators to get to the accessible room. Room 201 had issues with the air conditioner. It was only blowing hot air. The hotel sent someone to fix it, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Would have been nice for the hotel to offer another room or at least to be compensated in some way. Luckily, opening the window helped but my parents had a hard time sleeping because it was uncomfortably stuffy. Expected more since this hotel was costly. Our other 2 rooms were excellent with a nice view of the street and church. Nice sound proof windows, working AC in our rooms made for a comfortable stay for us. If my parents had working AC, I would have given this hotel a 5/5. Special thanks to Isias and Lucia at the front desk for speedy check in and Juan in maintenance for trying to fix the AC. And the cleaning staff who were respectful and greeted us every morning.

Very nice area. The hotel was being repaired so we couldn’t see the beautifull front like the pictures. Overall nice hotel with very friendly staff.

The room was great and the staff was very helpful. The only complaint I have was the room service pizza was very bad. Otherwise this hotel was fantastic!

Excellent location, comfortable rooms and nice staff. This hotel is located 3 blocks away from Serrano and it is full of good shopping around. Walking distance to Puerta de Alcalá and El Retiro park.

Staff was very pleasant. Bed comfortable. Room kind of small. Breakfast decent. Need more outlets for charging devices.

Me quede una noche con mi hijo. Todo super! Hotel bien situado al lado de restaurantes y tiendas, habitaciones super cómodas, todo super limpio, personal amable. Me volveria a quedar!

Overall no complaints. Only small thing is that we been told that our luggages are in our room but not there when we get there. No complementary water until next day.
