Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable.

Charming and cosy, antiques and lovely decor. Very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast with superb coffee. Parking is on street, but a 1 euro fee (city fee) allows for overnight parking ( get parking permit right away at check-in and put in your dashboard) . 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and Romanesque cathedral, as well as a star fort of Phillip II vintage.

What a wonderful night stay-over, from the moment walking up to the main entrance with lit candle lanterns outside to the farewell from the staff. The hotel had such character & ambiance with old world charm, absolutely spotless & well maintained. The staff were so welcoming aqnd fluent in English. We were very fortunate in being upgraded to the junior suite. What an absolutely stunning suite. Great central location for restaurants and of course, the Ciudadela De Jaca just a few minutes walk away. Garage parking is available virtually opposite the hotel. A delicious buffet breakfast rounded off our stay. All expectations well & truly exceeded. A big thank you to staff & Conde Aznar. Highly recommended 👌

The bed was hard as a rock. Fixed somewhat with extra blankets and a comforter placed under the sheet but still not so good especially for older guests. Otherwise a very good place to stay

Our one night stay at the Conde Anzar turned out to be quite lovely. It was in a beautiful area and close to everything. The room was small but clean and comfortable. There was a deep tub for a nice soak, but we didn’t have time for that. Breakfast was reasonably priced and there were a lot of choices. Jaca is a wonderful place to visit.

An excellent choice of hotel with more character than the low cost chains. Very close to the town of Java with good selection of restaurants. Very friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. My only comment about comfort was because the mattress in my room was a little firm for me. Definitely would recommend this hotel as a stopping point on route to or from Spain.

Have now stayed at this hotel on several occasions as an overnight stop when travelling from UK to Spain and back. Lovely hotel right in the centre of Jaca, so just walking distance from the bars and excellent Biarritz restaurant where they do an excellent evening menu for approx. 14 euros each to include wine. Rooms are very tastefully furnished and the bed was so comfy. You can park outside the hotel in the street which is free from 20.00 to 10.00. If you arrive before 20.00 you just pay the meter up until that time.

I really wanted to love this quaint hotel with an amazing location. Unfortunately, it has an odd misty smell and old interior decorations from the 80's but the quality of service was lovely and the location is hard to beat. The bed was hard as a rock so I would go for the upgrade as I was told they have newer beds. The bathroom was very clean.
