The room was super clean! The bed was comfortable and it was so close to the Alhambra. The front desk was friendly and helpful, even giving me advice about booking tickets to Alhambra when I didn’t have any. Definitely a really great stay, however it is a little far from the center. The Granada busses have a stop close to the hotel, so look into that if you’re going to be staying here

Lovely selection of breakfast options and breakfast room was light filled and large with no crowding. Location is perfect to visit the Alhambra without a hassle. Parking fee is in the Alhambra lots and cost slightly reduced paying though hotel. It is an older hotel but well kept up, clean and room was very comfortable.

We were very much looking forward to our visit, as we loved it 4 years ago. Sadly, the hotel has become very run down, in great need of repair. We were charged for 2 days of parking through the hotel, even though the parking attendants told us Christmas was free. We realized we should have just paid the parking through the attendant. We paid for 2 breakfasts in advance as recommended at check in. Another big mistake. The breakfasts were not with it. They were the west we’ve had in our 2 months traveling Europe. Cold cuts, old cold cheese, grapes that weren’t fresh. The gentleman who ran it was very lovely, however. We had plans to go to Christmas Mass Christmas morning. We asked the desk if breakfast was at the normal Thursday time of 7:30 or changed. She confirmed it was at 7:30. At 3:30 AM there was extremely loud banging and stomping on the floor above us that went in for a very long time. We had to call the desk to report it as we could not sleep. We were told the following day that the guests above us were having a fight. At 3:30 AM. We arrived at breakfast & there were others standing at the door. It was NOT 7:30. This made us nearly late for Mass. The bed was not secure & when I sat on it, it slid causing me to twist my ankle. I’m not a large person, only 54 KG. When we returned that evening, my husband parked briefly in the front of the hotel so I would not have to walk all the steps. The receptionist came running out yelling at my husband, who is disabled, that he

We found out on the way to the hotel that our room was not available anymore. They moved us to a random hotel in the city quite a bit away from Alhambra which we did not choose. It was annoying to stay in a hotel which was not to our liking and be stuck with it.

Perfect position for visiting the Alhambra. Hotel seems a little tired and in need of some TLC. But for the price we cannot complain. Our room had everything we needed with tea and coffee making facilities and a minibar to purchase water and other drinks. Parking is at the Alhambra opposite the hotel and costs 20.5 euros per 24 hours.

Everything was very good in this property but the shower was in a small bathtub and annoying. Very close to the entrance of the Alhambra but not much else around the hotel except two restaurants. I would book a hotel in the center of the town and take a uber to and from the one time you go to the Alhambra.

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Spain. The building itself is really pretty and very close to the Alhambra, it was so convenient. It felt very homey, and not too commercial. The area was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. There weren’t too many amenities with the hotel but that wasn’t an issue for me. Another really small issue we were having was there weren’t too many TV options, but again nothing important. It was very convenient to get to park on the property too. Everything was clean and felt safe. We were so pleased with the stay here, I’d stay here again.
