Outstanding hotel Only slight criticism would be the cooked breakfast was not very nice. The cold selection and pastries were delicious

Room was great and spacious- actually must be bigger square footage than advertised! I thought it would be tight- i travel a lot and rooms less than 200 sq ft are tight. TV was very limited. Not a lot for someone who speaks english and no spanish. Bathroom was big enough- just the shower mixer was spitting cold water at times which was annoying. Really good value for money though. I would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights based on reviews, however we felt it was in the middle of nowhere. Had to wait an hour for a bus into town. Also I’ve never had to pay for pool towels at any hotel I’ve stayed at around the world but here they charge you 3 Euros and don’t allow you to bring your room towel to the pool. But the worst thing was when we asked the reception about the markets on Friday and they told my husband it was on Saturday not Friday so we missed the markets, we also asked them about the salt lakes and they just gave us a pamphlet and told us to ring them. Most hotels are aware of and know tourist attractions and if they don’t know they will call and find out information for you. But not here and the telephone in your room doesn’t make calls outside so you have to use your own phone and if you’re from outside Europe it’s costly. The breakfast was decent but again at a cost. The hotel itself is modern & has a rooftop pool, though the pool and spa are not heated and were ice cold so not really useable. The hotel does have views to the salt lake but if you want to go and see the lake you have to go into town and get a tour from there. We had one dinner at the restaurant and the food was good. But the misinformation about the markets was very disappointing.

Room super clean, views of salt lakes, king sized bed. All staff friendly, professional and polite. Enjoyed evening meals in the restaurant, cappuccinos and many cocktails on the Pink café terrace.

Beautiful clean room, received an upgrade from being a Silver perks holder. Pool amazing with Pink café and views of the salt lakes. Enjoyed all my meals in the restaurant along with many cappuccinos and Sangrias! All staff from Reception to the top floor and lovely ladies cleaning rooms very polite, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend to everyone wanting to enjoy the Torrevieja area. See you all in 2 weeks!

Lovely hotel, quiet, great pool area, lovely drinks. Nice pleasant staff, breakfast good. Sports bar advertised but no live sport on.

Lovely welcome by the reception staff. Room was spotless & comfortable. Buffet breakfast offered multiple options of hot & cold buffet items

I was given underground parking for 9 nights free in a spacious carpark, extremly friendly staff, when you walk by any hotel staff always greeted with hello or good day, food at the Coucheron restaurant was great in the evening overlooking the pink lake. Lovely spacious room too 5 Star.

The hotel is very nice and modern feeling. The room was comfortable and had all the things you might expect. Temperature in the room varied a bit. It had both large opening windows and AC, but still given the temperature outside (~30C during the day when I was there) it was hard to get a good balance with those and avoiding getting bugs and flies coming in. Didn't try any of the food options. It is close to a few shops and restaurants (including a supermarket) and bus stops for Torrevieja (bus every ~30 mins or so).

Lovely room, gorgeous pool with views. Delicious cocktails and cappuccinos. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend 100%!

Lovely hotel with gorgeous interior.

Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be.
