Great front desk, Great house, Great breakfast team!

Beautiful place

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. We chose Hilton Diagonal Mar to celebrate a special occasion, and we were really looking forward to the stay. Unfortunately, a few things did not go as expected: 1. Pool Information Issue – On the Expedia listing (which is what we booked through), the pool timings were not mentioned, and we were told that the hotel team would contact us regarding alternatives. No one reached out, which caused confusion when we arrived. 2. Staff Interaction – When we explained this at check-in, the manager’s response felt quite dismissive. Instead of helping us understand options, the attitude was “what can I do?”, which was disappointing, especially on a special trip. 3. Room Maintenance – The bathroom water was not draining properly during our stay, which made things uncomfortable. 4. Post Checkout Experience – We requested access for a quick photo near the Titanic-style staircase right after checkout (we were only minutes past), but the request was refused even though the area was empty. It felt unnecessarily strict, especially given our occasion. We chose Hilton because we expected warmth, clarity and hospitality, so it was disheartening to experience multiple issues in one stay. I wanted to share this feedback so the team is aware, especially because it was a special occasion for us and we truly wanted it to feel memorable in a positive way.

We did not do the breakfast. However a 200 mls Coke was 6.50E . Go across the street and get some at the Walmart type store. 1.50E for a larger bottle!! The one thing that was awful was the shower. We were put in a handicap room. It was supposed to be a regular room with a kind bed . The shower was so short you couldn’t stand underneath it. And you had a lake on the floor due to a goofy shower door. It wasn’t just our bathroom like that S our friends had the same situation

This is a old hotel that got a face lift. Howard Johnson Wyndham. Not worth the price. Butvon the boardwalk.

Great hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast!

Everything was perfect, except for the cold pool and breezy, shaded pool area where the sun beds are. It’s a shame that I have to got the beach to get a nice sunlight exposure. I just probably came in at the wrong time. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly fine.

The hallway had a funny smell, and the front desk is not accommodating

Was amazing experience with Hotel good Location for family to stay or business trip very close to shopping centre and Seaside already planning other trip to this hotel again

Yes, The staff and room is excellent. Breakfast is great. We will use Expedia booking for the Hilton again.

Rooms were amazing

It was a very pleasant stay. A beautiful hotel, Located in a nice area. Room was very nice, staff was great! So welcoming and helpful! The restaurant was convenient and had great food. Happy hour is not to be missed!

Overall a great hotel and amazing location. However, being checked into a dirty hotel room that was not yet cleaned was not great. I get mistakes happen but our first time in Europe so a little unsettling.

I liked that the Hilton was close to the port and close to get on the Hop on Hop off bus. This was a great way to see the beautiful city of Barcelona. I booked the Hilton thru Expedia. I had access to email guest at Hilton for info on transfers. What needs to be checked is what Hilton that the guest is staying…. Our transport dropped us at wrong Hilton…. causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. This is our first time booking at the Hilton and plan to book in NY. TY

Our room was large and beautiful, overlooking the ocean. Large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The hotel is conveniently located across from a mall with many dining options plus a large grocery store. Staff helpful and pleasant. Facility well-kept and clean despite being quite busy. Very close to cruise port. Easy taxi ride.

The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and comfortable beds.

Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was not too hot and we could open the window for fresh air. Some of the power outlets were not working and again we were able to find a work around.

Helpful staff and very convenient, while attending the Conference Center adjacent to the hotel.
