Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona

A standard chain hotel lacking distinctive character. Staff are efficient, though not especially warm. Executive rooms offer limited value for the price, and the executive floor breakfast is a modest continental selection with few options.

They refunded my 1 night because my flight was delayed. I didn't expect it but it was good service from front desk too.

The experience we had was incredible since we walked in. Frankie at the front desk make sure we were attended in every single way everyday. The place is amazing outside of the old Town but close to all transportation and entertaiment

Hotel müsste renoviert werden

The hotel located close to everything needed for tourist. Bus, taxi and shopping centre.

It wasn't great ,the amenities were basic and hotel looked frankly sad

Alles kostet Extra, am pool ist immer kaum platz man muss für geld reservieren. Frühstück ist für das kleine und jeden tag gleiche Angebot. Meine Empfehlung kein frühstück zu buchen für den preis kann man draußen viel besser essen.

My partner and I stayed at the Hilton Diagonal Mar for 9 nights and loved it! The staff is very friendly (Marc is amazing and took great care of us). The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the beach Llevant which is way less busy than the coast further down. We were within walking distance to renting seadoos, the metro/tram/bus stations. The hotel is right across from a giant shopping mall with many amenities like fast food and the grocery store. We were happy to spend some nights just in the room after long and busy days. The air conditioning was pretty good and water filter stations on each floor were super helpful. We didn’t hear any other guests through the walls. The pool was also lovely but very busy though that didn’t stop us from getting great lounge chairs every time we went. They were free for hotel guests. Saw some reviews complaining about the elevator system but we found it actually quite great and never had to wait very long. The neighborhood which this hotel is located in is perfect for tourists who value safety and quiet. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful. Thank you Hilton Diagonal Mar- we miss you already!

I was charged twice 250 euros by check in I gave my credit card the hotel charged from my credit card 250 euros by check out they took once again 262 euros by check out I had to pay them only the city tax it was total 62 euros for for 5 nights, Now they have to pay me 450 euros back to my credit card, I’m just waiting for my compensation

Personal beim Check in und Poolservice sind alle sehr freundlich und nett. Am 13. Stock im Gang gibt es sehr starke Geruch nach unangenehmen Geruch. Pool spürt man fest Chlor. Sonst der Pool war herrlich.
