The property is very well located. But the conditions arent the best. You have to lift your baggage 4 floors to get the room. The room had a leak from the AC and they took 2 days to fix it, after a big complain.

great location but no elevator, if you have big suitcase its complicated. nice staff, small place but comfortable. good deal dor the price

The room I stayed faced a courtyard where people smoked cigarette so I could not open the window to get the fresh air inside. I remind of you that Spanish people smoke a lot.

Super well situated and walkable to plazas and other points of interest. Tiny rooms with interior courtyard and no sense of light or dark outside. Reasonably priced considering location though.

Property is not a shown in the pictures so I was really a bit dissatisfied the property is quite small compared to what is shown in the pictures

The room was absolutely basic. Three beds, a bathroom, and an end table. The staff was good, but the room itself was definitely not worth the cost. The AC leaked the whole time.

It exceeded my expectations. Very modern and comfortable. The door buzzer at entry need to be sorted out though because I waited a while to get in

Nothing fancy; a room with 3 beds, a view of the streets of Madrid; a secure building. Exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of sights to see in walking distance.

Hotel was okay overall. They really need to add an elevator. And the check in process could be a little better.

Hostel was flexible which was good. No elevators is really a problem. Hot water and AC were good. Wifi was very weak. Overall 7/10

Great if you are looking for a small, affordable room with a private bathroom. The location is central to everything. Leo at the front desk was awesome. There’s a bar downstairs that plays loud music every night. Not a problem unless you want to sleep before midnight.

Hostal was ok, check in was easy and staff helpful, esp the night clerk. We had a double bed with single bed room for 3 inc 7 yo daughter. It could use a new coat of paint, but other than that was ok on inside, we were on "courtyard" section of building so no street noise per other reviews. 3 flights of stairs was tricky but not a huge deal. Night guy arranged taxi to airport for us in morning and came to room to make sure we were ready and help w bags. Basically it felt safe and AC, shower, and tv worked fine. Was kept awake at 11p last night bc late arrival from chicago was unable to get into lobby area, so was pounding on locked hallway door (all hallways and street door have codes to keep out the riff raff). So if odd arrival time, better speak to someone in advance. If you want to hang in mid madrid w easy access to metro and night action, this is ok option.
