Booked same day before my flight to Alicante. Usual friendly service, efficient checkin. Room comfortable as always but bedside lights would improve room. Breakfast was fine.

The receptionist was fantastic. Hotel is very new, rooms are lovely, good bed. Food was nice although restaurant service can be a bit slow. Lots amenities around and free underground parking is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly attentive, making my experience wonderful. I arrived early, hoping to use the luggage storage service, but my room was ready even before check-in. I was able to unwind and relax immediately. The location is also convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and a shopping center nearby.

Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good.

This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on.
