Hotel Almudaina

I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts. The views of the cathedral and city from the rooftop bar are nice. The room was fine and very clean. There was noise however, especially from the numerous buses that go down Jaime III continuously and this noise could be heard til very late at night despite the double windows facing the street. Next time, I would ask for a room facing the other way as I would guess that these might be quieter. I am not sure what those rooms look out onto. Overall, it´s a clean and modern hotel with a minimal aesthetic that provides a good base from which to go around Palma easily and come back to for a rest. The reception staff and cleaning staff were polite and helpful. I have stayed in a great many hotels in Mallorca and so I can say that this hotel is quite rare in that respect. Keep up the good work!

The rooms were modern and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel could not be better, close to shops, plaza de la reina and cathedral.

Right in the heart of Palma, easy and walkable access to restaurants, bars and shops. Highlight is the roof top bar with great food and drinks. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is in a great location as all the shops and major sights are within easy access. We had a beautiful room that was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English which helped us! We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a double room several Months ago and arrived to a twin room. The hotel was initially unwilling to move us to the double room as booked but eventually was accommodating. Great location but noisy street

It was perfect for me as central in palma to everything I needed. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, and also the cleaning staff where also friendly and lovely. I didn't use the restaurant etc, or any other amenitites so can't comment.

We had a lovely stay. Great location and the staff really helpful. The toiletries in the bathroom were good quality and they provided bottles of water every. Exceptional value.

Being a city hotel on main road during a festival it was very noisy. Difficult to get a good night's sleep at the front. Apart from this the breakfast was fresh and well maintained. The room was clean

Extremadamente limpio ! El room service no pudo ser mejor excelente . La recepción y los trabajadores muy buenos elocuentes , amables solucionan tus inquietudes ayudan . La comida muy buena . La atención en el sky Bar es divina así como la vista que da de la ciudad . Alta calidad en limpieza y servicio . Altamente recomendado . Sin duda cuando regrese me hospedo allí .

Warm welcome upon arrival. We knew we were early so had a glass of cava on the roof top overlooking Palma and shortly received a WhatsApp message to say room was ready. Spacious room with complimentary water in the mini-bar, which was replenished daily. Great shower. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice of options.

Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Bathroom was lovely. Staff were so friendly!

Love this hotel and the Sky Bar. Lovely room and friendly staff, will stay again.
