Great location in Barcelona, room was clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Balcony was a pretty good size and the ac worked amazing during the heat wave. Just wish they provided shampoo and body wash separately instead of 2 in 1, ended up buying my own shampoo and conditioner to use during my stay.

Not impressive. The internet was horrible. Next to no TV channels. You couldn’t even watch SPAIN play in the World Cup. The location wasn’t bad. The air conditioning was not good at night. Overall, just meh.

This hotel was better than expected. So close to everything, but not in the middle of chaos. It was quiet. The staff were absolutely wonderful (I rarely say such a thing, but they really were great staff). It’s a small hotel. The room was quite nice with a balcony and a “side room”. Check in was easy and smooth and we also had a car and parking was easy (located across the street: BUT a heads up - if you don’t book direct, the parking is extra. I booked with hotels.com and parking was 45€/day, which WAS NOT HOW HOTELS.COM presented it. On their site it said parking was included). The location is pretty good. Great if you don’t want to be in the las Ramblas fray, etc.

Quiet location, we felt part of the neighbourhood. 10-15 min walk to Plaça de Catalunya, the main square to access La Rambla, hop-on hop-off buses, shopping district, etc. Great restaurant recommendations and help from staff, room was large and comfortable for our family of four (incl. 2 teens).

Hotel was in great location, walking distance to everything. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Our check in was the worst ever! Reserved 2 rooms, upgraded to a suite that allows 3-4. Upon reservation in January 2026, I wasn’t able to add 5 year old, Before I made the reservation I reached out to the hotel to inquire. They replied it would not be a problem so I booked, never an additional quote. During check in he quoted me a reasonable price additional per night, but he would get back to me. I agreed. Since he took so long for check in, it allowed time for me to refer to my prior communication. I showed him my email addressing the reservation for 2 adults and 1 child inquiry and response. I asked if he can waive or I speak to GM for consideration. He said on our way to dinner he would let me know. While getting situated, he showed up at our door aggressively in my face telling me I have to pay double. I reminded him of original quote. He said I had to pay now. I backed up since he was so close to my face. I asked about waiving or sharing the email with GM. He insisted he needed to close out drawer. I gave him my card, he said he couldn’t take it. I asked then why are you in my face when I’m headed down shortly. I don’t understand his disrespect and empowerment in overcharging a paying customer.

Great location. You can just walk to the Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Cathedral, La Rambla and even the beach. The room was small but clean, perfect for a solo traveler. There were noises coming from the adjacent building at night and j informed the staff about it after- they apologized and promised to do something about it.

I reserved the double room and it was a good size for 2 people, it has a big balcony. Location is near/walkable to some of the main attractions in Barcelona. Also outside the hotel’s front door have a good breakfast/ brunch place(Egg Lab) and also a good dinner place(El Mercat) nearby that are both highly recommended. The WiFi not so good, when watching movies wifi gets disconnected causing interruptions. Bathroom supplies are limited(bath towels, bath tissues, no face tissues) but I’m sure if you ask for more will be provided. Only 2 pillows on the bed for sleeping when we got in our room, I requested for 2 more which was provided in a timely manner. Walls not so soundproofed but A/C works well. Bathroom good size with a big size shower. Hotel has a good size elevator. Other than few dusts on the floor here and there, hotel is a good and safe place to stay while in Barcelona.
