Staff was very nice - close restaurants - easy breakfast - oddly reminded me of a small Vegas hotel I once stayed in. Definitely will stay again next time we are going this way.

My daughter age 10 and myself really enjoyed our stay. Only problem was the language barrier as no one spoke English. The hotel did not provide tourist attraction service and had to book yourself. Breakfast is very limited in option. But very clean and tidy rooms with beautiful views from window.

Place can use and upgrade.
Overall it was a good stay, I hated the parking having to ring the bell to get in and out of the lot.

Once again I proved to myself that a trip to Spain is worthless, specially Madrid.
I paid 12 Euros more for a room with breakfast, and all I was offered was 1 coffee, 1 orange juice and old croissant; I declined the croissant and asked for another coffee and was told NO. It was a blaming game between Hotels.com and hotel front desk, but no one took ownership that €12 for a coffee and an orange juice is like being robbed on my face, but hey that’s Spain! I also paid €20 for an early check-in to have the housekeeper getting into the room twice, but the room doesn’t provide a Do Not Disturb sign, and hotel would not give me a double bed room unless I’d pay another €5. Terrible experience.

The hotel facility is quite simple, and on the low end site. Basically there is nothing in the room. No hanger, no soap, no Shampoo, you have to ask for it. Breakfast is quite simple, basically just some breads, but there is hot milk, winning point. Another winning point is free parking. But you have to talk to the front desk first to enter the parking area.

All good here, great location as a stop off on the outskirts of Madrid especially if your trying to avoid the centre of Madrid. Plenty of places to eat, local supermarketd and a shopping complex about 10/15 mins walk away. Room was spacious and comfy, parking easy opposite the hotel.

Excellent WIFI, work desk, chairs and even enough space to dance in the room! Their parking was available for 6 Euros per day which should have been disclosed in the hotel description.

Very easy to find and close to Madrid and a good centre for exploring the area. No restaurant whilst there but plenty of choice close by and breakfast in the bar/cafe included in the price.

Only issue we had was a weak air conditioning (in all fairness it was very hot outside around 95-100 and we American's are used to stronger Air)
We were duped into thinking breakfast was free ( it was laid out like typical buffet and no one was around to ask. It was not!

We were visiting with our three month old son. Room was ideal except for the fact that they turn off the AC in the entire building at midnight. We woke up two hours later absolutely roasting. Temperatures had dropped significantly since we'd gone to bed four hours earlier which meant we had to open window and let cold draft in near the baby. Not ideal. Apparently not uncommon in northern Spain. Not too close to any decent restaurants. All basically shopping mall restaurants. On plus side, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was simple and comfortable and a great value. Room with shower was better than room with bath. All are a bit minimalist in decor. Excellent heating (important in winter!). Breakfast OK. No restaurant but there are several within walking distance (we prefer this hotel to the other in Collado Villalba for that reason). Parking lot is across street.

Expected a restaurant, but only a cafeteria available, and only a limited range of basic tapas on offer. No other restaurants/bars with food nearby. Room small and basic, but clean. Only wanted overnight while travelling but was expecting a dining facility.
