Excellent hotel. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable (we had the family room). The hotel is well situated in the older section of town, walking distance to charming restaurants and historic sites like the cathedral. We took a taxi to and from the Alhambra, though you could probably walk there in 20 minutes to a half hour.

PLEASE BE ADVISED! They charge you for parking nightly and do not tell you beforehand that the parking space is in a very SMALL space that has columns blocking most of the space and an SUV does not really fit into it. My rental car got scratched there because parking is so tight.

Parking was several blocks away which doesn’t seem far except when you are pulling large pieces of luggage thru a very busy intersection/neighborhood.

Great staff, very professional, and accommodating. Hotel is off the main avenue of Granada so ALL is close and accessible. Bathroom is BIG compared to other European hotels I have stayed in. However, the décor of the room is extremely outdated, as if your great grandma was living there. But we all love our great grandmother. So if your on a budget... I would highly recommend, specially because of the AMAZING staff.

What was a big negative was that when I arrived on 12/05/2021 around 11pm there was a pungent marihuana odor in the hallway and inside my room. It disipated, and at 4:22am I woke up due to the same smell and was difficult to get back to sleep. Given that the hotel claims to be smoke-free I imagine the source could be from the street. This should inceitive the hotel to check the "insulation" on the windows to avoid these kind of situations
