Exceptional value! Large clean room with equally large and clean bathroom. Great parking including covered slots right by the front door. Friendly and well-priced cafeteria. Would definitely return!

The hotel was excellent with just one exception and that was dinner was not served till 8.30pm which is just far to late. It should start at 7pm.

The entire hotel is spotless clean, not fancy but extremely practical finishes, furniture and decorations. The food served as European buffet is very diverse and tasty. We were very pleased with staff professionalism and kindness. We'll surely mark this hotel as ine of the preferred spots to stay at during our travels through Spain.

Be aware the walls are paper thin. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the neighbor was talking loudly.
The room they moved us to didn’t have the king bed we upgraded to and the sink drain was clogged and smelled like raw sewage.

It is located a few km from the center of Merida but with parking. The hotel could be 2.5 stars. The apartment was very dirty, with unswept floors and dirty white towels. It doesn't deserve 4 stars!

This is a decent hotel, for us to make an overnight stop on way to Portugal. Outlr room was spacious and clean, free outdoor parking was part of the reason why we chose this hotel (would have preferred indoor parking though). We had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which gave good value for money. Breakfast buffet was okay, too.

Nice hotel. We had a triple, which was pretty tight space wise but workable. Cigarette smoke from the other rooms came through the ventilation, which was annoying. The pool area was lovely. Would stay here again.

We stay overnight at this hotel and the room had a terrible smell. The lady at the desk was really friendly so she gave us different room. But the room is OK for one night because is cheap so i guess you get what you pay for.

Room and facilities were appealing. But a few minor details were lacking - toiletries, tissues, ironing board, literature about property amenities (restaurant/bar). Parking was relatively easy, but the lot itself is tight and space sizes are non-standard. On the other hand, reception was friendly and helpful. And the room was comfortable.

It was an overnight stay and we found the staff, food and facilities excellent. One small issue was that at a very early hour there was noise in the corridor our room as on.
I suspect it was due to a tour bus leaving everyone was leaving their rooms and were chatting as they left moving through the corridor.
This is our second time to stay at this hotel and we did not experience this the first so will stay there again.

Very disappointing. We checked in on a Saturday after a long drive and there was such a nasty smell we were unable to nap. Something in the piping or air vents. That same night, a wedding party on the premises pumped out loud music until around 6am. So no sleep again. On the Sunday morning, the pool that was meant to open at 10am (and is advertised as such), was still locked up by checkout time at noon. So no pre-departure swim. And I'd like to note, this room was super expensive. Not recommended

Spent only one night but service was more than helpful! The breakfast and pool were great. Neighbors were very loud. Wish the rooms had more sound proofing as I heard the tv next door until 2:30 and the snoring after that. But the hotel was terrific otherwise. A bit far from the main part of town and requires a car or taxi.
