The staff was very courteous and helpful.
We were pleased with our room, but there were a couple of issues. First there was no adequate lighting for the two twin beds. The light that was there, was dim, and the lampshade was broken. Second, the sofa was in poor condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Great central location, but I’d love to give it a better rating. I was on the first floor (European 2nd) on the alley side of the building away from the main square. It was quite noisy until 1-2AM and also again at 6 AM in the morning. Earplugs worked for me.
The shower isn’t for tall people. I’m 6’2” and unfortunately, there is a bar that goes across the top of the shower to hold a glass panel in place. It’s about 6 feet. This could be just my room, I don’t know.
Other than that, though, the staff was extraordinarily nice and accommodating.

We spent two nights here in the deluxe double room with balconies overlooking the plaza. The room was large with a comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. The plaza is noisy in the evenings but we were mid week so it quieted down around midnight. Nice little continental breakfast for a reasonable price. Easy walking to the beautiful cathedral and up to the Alhambra. Lots of shops and restaurants around. We would stay here again!
