Fräscht hotell med toppenläge, man kan hyra cykel och ta sig fram med lätt på stan och till stranden. Tryggt område med bra butiker, sevärdheter, restauranger & bussar som tar dig till olika ställen i stan och ner till stranden. Alltid rent på rummet, frukosten var toppen och även frukostpersonalen.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the Hotel. From the house keeping to the restaurant food and staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful. Very happy and comfortable all the way through our stay. The room service could offer a cooked breakfast rather than just continental. Definitely deserves the 5 stars.

excellent modern hotel with good facilities, great selection of buffet breakfast, and lovely spa. Convenient for city of arts and sciences and easy bus routes into old Valencia in about 20-30 mins. Everything needed for a city break.

The hotel is modern and easy to navigate. Clean and thd sattf are very friendly and knowlegable. The room service and the staff bringing dinner tk my bedroom was kmpeccable. However, I booked a superior double bedroom with coffee facilities. There was no kettle to boil water for the tea bags provided and there was only one Nespresso coffee machine per floor!! This is the first time that I stay in a 4-star hotel where coffee facilities are shared!! The cups were paper cups, not even proper cups and the second day, I wasn't given any cups at all!. I had to use the bathroom drinking glasses. The shower was poorly maintained with water scale clogging the water exist and therefore, giving really bad water pressure. Then, the pillow cases were way too big for the pillows. It's a shame that those details that one would expect from a 4-star hotel were not provided. I would not recommended it. It's not a 4-star hotel.

El desayuno es conveniente pero no es muy bueno. Los elevadores dan muchos problemas de funcionamiento El hotel esta excelentemente situado. El personal es bien amable. Definitivamente me volvería hospedar ahí.

We booked a 5-night stay and within the first 20 minutes of arriving, a large wooden panel above our room door fell and narrowly missed my girlfriend’s head by millimeters. Instead, it hit her arm, leaving severe bruising and a painful bump. We showed staff the video, but while my girlfriend sat shaking and traumatized, no one asked if she was okay, offered ice, or showed any concern. They simply stood behind the desk completing an incident report. Although the panel was repaired that day, we were not offered a different room. My girlfriend was terrified to return, and we had to request a room change ourselves the next day. The manager contacted us the following afternoon and offered breakfast for three days, bottled water from the minibar, and what he described as spa access. When we later tried to book a massage and facial to help my girlfriend relax after the incident, he informed us he would only cover access to the sauna area, valued at €20 per day, and nothing else. The rest of the experience was equally disappointing. The pool area for this large hotel had only six loungers, making it nearly impossible to relax. There was also a persistent sewer smell throughout the hotel, and the hallways and lobby were not air-conditioned. Accidents happen. What matters is how management responds. We felt there was little empathy, accountability, or genuine concern after a serious safety incident. Very disappointing.

Excellent service, a clean and spacious hotel, and plenty of room for our family to relax. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

This is a beautiful hotel...we had a large room with a patio which was a nice addition. Nice size bathroom and closet. We enjoyed the nice selection of menu options from the restaurant and enjoyed visiting the spa area. Great location! Nice shopping areas literally across the street, and it is walkable, although it may take awhile, to the park, beach and old town. We walked and took taxis. I highly recommend this hotel.
