It's simple and beautiful hotel. Small but has almost everything you need for your stay. They provide breakfast but no lunch nor dinner. Still it is ok because there are many dining choices in the area. Had ocean view room with balcony where you can see the sun rise and starry sky. Located on a steep slope so that you need a taxi to get there w/ luggage. You will hear the road and construction noise when you open the window for cool breeze, so better prepare ear plug if you're sensitive to noise. Overall very good and cozy hotel. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at San Telmo. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! They were very knowledgable and helped us plan a great road trip and organized our car rental. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the beautiful patio and ocean. We would definitely go back and recommend this establishment to friends.

This hotel was referred to us and we really enjoyed staying there and we would go back again ; however you need to be aware of the limited parking near by which you get over as every one has the same problem. Very clean ample breakfast and very courteous staff.

Small hotel next to town centre. Tastefully decorated, clean, quiet. Nice peaceful terrace garden. Room was comfortable, with aircon/ heater. Kettle, with tea bags/ infusions available. Parking is possible around the hotel but you might need to go around a couple of times.

A lovely small hotel located centrally to the main pedestrian and shopping area in town. Beautifully maintained garden and patio. Large and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking can be a bit scarce but we always managed to find a spot only a short walk away. A couple of nearby restaurants although we would recommend the harbor area for dinner. We look forward to a future visit!

This hotel was nicely decorated and the owner was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately our room was on the ground floor, not as pretty as pictures of other rooms, no air conditioning and damp bathroom.
There was a party taking place in the nearby square and the room's window was facing really noisy local road and due to a hot November night and lack of air conditioning we had two sleepless nights...So although it is a pretty hotel I would not come back there again and find somewhere more quiet and comfortable to stay.

Friendly and comfortable hotel with very pleasant staff in an excellent position for the centre of this interesting town. Access by car and parking is probably not for the faint hearted, and a car in the centre of SC's traffic free area is as useful as the chocolate teapot. Thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel.

A quiet oasis in the middle of Santa Cruz this nicely renovated building offers a comfy stay close to all the bars and cafes. Our room was spotlessly clean with nice features such as the original wooden ceilings and window shutters. The small terrace offered a sea view with comfortable seating to recline on. The only small quibble was there was little or no wifi for most of the stay which hindered us booking activities and researching walking routes otherwise an excellent stay and we would recommend this hotel.

We arrived in La Palma from Manchester, flying with Thomson. Santa Cruz is only 4.5 km from the airport & 13E by taxi. Buses will be much cheaper. The hotel was chosen by comparing reviews and was exactly what I was expecting - small and pretty. Breakfast was a neat work of art, and coffee started with grinding the beans. Fruit was always available on the reception counter & there was a kettle etc in the room. Local buses cheap, easy and comfortable - perfect for a first visit but next time I want to get out & walk those trails in the interior. Fascinating local flora but seems a bit short on birds & insects - maybe too early?
