Hotel is in a good position as a stop over or a visit into Madrid. Free parking, good breakfast and our room was comfortable. The staff informative and gave us good advice re metro. Metro into Madrid easy to use, frequent and very cheap.
There are several restaurants nearby and the lunch we had in the hotel was good. Would reccommend.

I come to Madrid regularly and stay in the Sercotel Rivas. I never had a bad experience Its clean, very friendly and professional staff and has a good restaurant . Metro station is 10min. walking distance.

Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities.
This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.

My trip was to visit a family member who was sick the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating to my situation. I would also recommend staying here for the future. There’s no major thrills but a good solid and clean environment which was comfortable.
