Los cuartos eran bastante cómodos, solo que no fueron específicos en algunas cosas como por ejemplo en el proceso del check in no me dejaron saber que cobraban por las bebidas y meriendas que estaban en la nevera, me enteré al hacer el check out. Otra cosa que me pasó es que en la barra si uno pedía un café al momento te lo querían cobrar y otros no te cobraban la bebida; y lo que no me gustó es que se dependía de una tarjeta para tener el aire acondicionado prendido y cuando regresaba en la tarde-noche el cuarto estaba caliente (fui en verano). El aire no enfriaba bien, llegó un técnico y dijo que venía después y nunca regresó.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center and close to a metro station (in Zone B), making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was good and offered a decent selection. The room and common areas were clean, and overall it was a comfortable stay

Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hotel is far away from Madrid and the price does not reflect this. Very nice food in the restaurant.

It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities. This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.

Hotel is in a good position as a stop over or a visit into Madrid. Free parking, good breakfast and our room was comfortable. The staff informative and gave us good advice re metro. Metro into Madrid easy to use, frequent and very cheap. There are several restaurants nearby and the lunch we had in the hotel was good. Would reccommend.

I come to Madrid regularly and stay in the Sercotel Rivas. I never had a bad experience Its clean, very friendly and professional staff and has a good restaurant . Metro station is 10min. walking distance.
