Over all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is the hotel is far away from Madrid and the price does not reflect this. Very nice food in the restaurant.

Great customer services

It is in great shape and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The location is very close to a shopping center with everything you would need. There is no air conditioning so I do wish I had brought a fan. The customer service was excellent.

Hotelis ok stayed before. We booked the hotel because it stated that food was available only to find on arrival there were no facilities. This was a major let down as we had travelled all day to be let down with the one thing that was required.

Hotel is in a good position as a stop over or a visit into Madrid. Free parking, good breakfast and our room was comfortable. The staff informative and gave us good advice re metro. Metro into Madrid easy to use, frequent and very cheap. There are several restaurants nearby and the lunch we had in the hotel was good. Would reccommend.

I come to Madrid regularly and stay in the Sercotel Rivas. I never had a bad experience Its clean, very friendly and professional staff and has a good restaurant . Metro station is 10min. walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay all through, I have zero complaints about this establishment.

Close to the subway and large available parking on site.

Clean room and hotel staff are accommodating upon checking in.

Some of the fittings were not very new. Breakfast was amazing though and the staff were so helpful
