Great hotel for central Santander. walking distance to restaurants pubs, port and to the museums. Hotel was very comfortable, breakfast buffet ocmprehensive and staff very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is in the middle of town on a very busy road, so is very noisy even with the double glazing. I wouldn't pay the extra for a city view as all you can see is the apartment blocks opposite. The rooms are ridiculously hot as like most Spanish hotels this time of year they turn off their air conditioning ,so it's irrelevant if it's 20 plus degrees outside you just roast. The restaurant staff in particular breakfast were rude and for some stange reason decided to clean one of the two coffee machines in the middle of service, ridiculous. Finally I've never been to a hotel who charged to top up the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Checked in early and our room was ready. Met 2 lovely ladies on reception who were very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Location very good and we were able to walk everywhere including out to Magdalena Beach.

Enjoyed my very comfortable stay and will recommend to friends and family. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Location is great to city center sights and lovely walk to beaches. Staff friendly and helpful with directions.

Hotel is in a great location . All the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to check in several hours before 3 pm which was a big bonus for us . We would definitely use this hotel on our next visit
