This hotel is great, I was very pleased with the quality of the room and supporting areas, lobby, restaurant, bar, etc. I was particularly happy with the rooftop bar and its staff. The hotel location is great with easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions of Madrid.

Great location. Well maintained building. Staff were very helpful at check in helping with unloading of luggage and instructions of where to park. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Parking fee cited by staff was incorrect. Website and staff said 25 euros. It was 42 euros.

The air conditioner was not working properly Victoria from the front desk was extremely rude all the time . Telling me that where I coming from the a/c is extremely cold all the time and also for her don’t make sense . The bathroom has mold I took pictures of it. Please don’t make any reservations the money is not worth it

Absolutely loved my stay here. The views were breathtaking, the food was amazing, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. The only thing I would have loved was a coffee maker in the room or coffee available in the lobby. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again.
