Good location, just near the metro. The staff is not very helpful, I asked wifi password at the reception but he told me it's not working. I showed him I could locate the wifi network then he gave me the password only at that time.
We were assigned a room at the top floor - its also our request at booking, the view was very nice, but perhaps a lot of sunshine the room was very hot even after 1 hour with air conditioning. The air conditioner has a very weak wind so we have called the hotel to come up and check.

50 meter fra hotellet ligger Callau metro. Der er meget aktivitet på pladsen foran hotellet. Musik, akrobatik, demoer mv. Værelset var fedt, gode senge og god plads. Service er helt i top. Vi kommer igen

The property is very modern and centrally located.
The views of Gran Via from the rooms are very nice and the hotel has a restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive with any questions/needs. The only dislike was that the room were vert tight and small, but appreciated the larger bathroom.
