Vincci Capitol truly stood out during our stay. The room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days in the city. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help — from check-in to providing local tips. You really feel welcomed as a guest.
The amenities were another highlight: everything was well thought out, modern, and in great condition. The hotel’s central location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet the room was quiet and relaxing.
Overall, a great combination of cleanliness, service, comfort, and location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good location, just near the metro. The staff is not very helpful, I asked wifi password at the reception but he told me it's not working. I showed him I could locate the wifi network then he gave me the password only at that time.
We were assigned a room at the top floor - its also our request at booking, the view was very nice, but perhaps a lot of sunshine the room was very hot even after 1 hour with air conditioning. The air conditioner has a very weak wind so we have called the hotel to come up and check.

Ótima localização, tem metrô bem em frente. Excelente café da manhã, quarto muito confortável e amplo. Único ponto ruim é que o ar condicionado não funciona nessa época, apenas aquecimento. Sofremos dois dias com calor pois o quarto estava muito abafado.
