First time at an Iberostar and the Waves Cristina team really do you look after you. I was also quite surprised with the level of activities/entertainment on offer. A clean hotel and the staff really are the people that make this hotel - every single person we encountered just wanted to look after us and were always cheery and happy. A credit to the Iberostar chain!

We liked this property, staff were friendly. Although we didn’t receive the bottle of wine in our room as Expedia said. We also asked for a robe and additional towel and these never came.
The pool area was nice, food was good. There are a lot of German guests, not so many English. Very eco friendly which was nice! We liked the little all inclusive extras - ice cream, chocolates, arrival drink etc.

We had a great trip celebrating a Birthday, Please note that this hotel does not have unlimited alchol as part of the All Inclusive. The manager at the hotel Jhosen is very accomodating. Look out for him.
The hotel is clean. The food is delisious with good variety. There is good entertainment at the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Quiet area with plenty of street parking. Breakfast was comparable to that of a cruise. The beds and pillows were not very comfy, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Mallorca.

Late check in at 1am. Was checked in by Ricardo. Fantastic guy, very friendly and welcomed us nicely to the hotel. Great start to our 1 night. Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. Outdoor Pool area relaxing as well. Room was in average condition needs an update for sure, however it was clean. All staff nice and friendly

The rooms were very comfortable. A bit aged, but in good condition. We need 2 family rooms for our family of 6, so they put the rooms right next to each other. That was great, except for the fact that there was a water leak, presumably from the bathroom above us, that caused us to be moved. They only had one room available, so half of us went to the 5th floor while the rest stayed on the 2nd floor. They graciously moved us at 11 pm one night. The breakfast buffet was great and the pools were good. The outdoor pool was open but very cold in the beginning of April. Nice facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Amazing hotel, close to the airport. The beach and shops/restaurants are all in walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were all brilliant. There was an excellent variation in the breakfast buffet.

We stayed at the Iberostar Cristina Waves during the February half term. We had a great stay. The staff are very attentive, great with the children and very friendly! The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The food was varied and very good! The only criticism that we have is the bedrooms only provide a single pillow and the beds are single beds pushed together with separate bedding. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed when we visited but we knew this in advance but are unable to comment but it certainly looked great! In terms of the area, the bus which is adjacent to the hotel will take you to the Cathedral for a small price of a few euros per person. You can walk (we walked home) it’s about 9 miles along the coastal path where you can stop for food or drinks. In terms of cycling, great facilities for maintaining or storing your bike, easy routes from the hotel including Puig De Randa climb or if you want something easier, take the coastal path to Palma and back (16 miles).
