Lovely hotel ideal location for Port Portals - walkable in 5 mins. Hotel is spotless Pool area has a lovely chilled vibe. Nice pool bar with varied menu. Service was good. Bedroom was basic nice size but no balcony and after seeing the rooms are friends were in - they all had balcony’s yet we booked the same rooms it was a little disappointing. I would definitely stay here again However I would get a room with a balcony

Overall a decent stay. No issues at all. Situated in a very nice area, however the area is limited to one walkable beach, and very few reasonable restaurants. Mostly overpriced near by. However palmanova is only a 5 min bus away, and palma is 20-30 mins on bus. Bus station is a 2 min walk away from hotel.
Hotel breakfast is pretty good, however there is no gym at this hotel, and only one pool. Pool area didnt get too busy, always managed a sunbed.
Would recommend this hotel, however would most likely stay in a different area of majorca in future.

The hotel is conveniently located and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Parking was very easy and is also walkable, five minute walk to the port and nearest beach. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The hotels ok not amazing. It’s not boutique it’s 8 floors. They’ve obviously tried to make it feel boutique with nice sunbeds but it’s an old hotel with a few fancy chairs and music. I booked 1 standard and 1 deluxe room, both twin. My sons were in the standard and got cava and chocolates. My daughter and I got nothing and a double bed which they were unable to change -apparently you can ‘request’ it but it’s not guaranteed. We finally got them to swap to 2 single duvets and gave up - very unhelpful reception staff. The pool has v strong chemical and the pool shower is broken. It was fine for 4 night s and you can walk to the port but I’d hate to stay for longer. By a v busy road and squashed between that and a car park. Breakfast very basic indeed.

The hotel is conveniently located in Portals Nous, close to the marina and to a bus stop that takes you to several popular beaches. This makes the hotel a good base to explore the area. Mariana and Jordi at reception were friendly and helpful, and we received a welcome gift of Cava and chocolates in our rooms because this trip was a special birthday treat. This was a great start to our trip then things went downhill afterwards. The bathroom floods repeatedly (slipping risk), the toilet seat was cracked in my room, the toilet seat in my parents was busted on the third day and left standing without being securely fixed so it fell on my mother’s hand and hurt her (it’s a heavy seat), the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, the cleaning staff woke me up at 8:30 a.m. one morning and kept knocking at my door repeatedly until they roused me from a deep and comfortable sleep, on another day they kept banging at my parents’ door even though there was a not disturb sign” on the door knob and it was barely 11:40 a.m., our toilet paper was not replenished on two separate on their roof on a Friday night with drunk shouting in the corridors and parking lot until 1 a.m. The loud music made our rooms shake and we got no sleep at all (we had an early flight the next day). You’re a hotel not a nightclub. Be better!
