Amazing stay! Very comfortable, clean, staff is great! Margarita was kind and sweet, location is perfect, in the Plaza and a few steps to the metro. Will definitely come back’!

Amazing staff, very clean place, and a great location. For the price you pay, it’s a very good option. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The room is little bit old but the location is excellent. The reception cannot speak the English and need the patient to communicate.

The room was small, but very clean and had everything I needed. The location is very central to everything. Communication was a little difficult due to the lack of English speaking staff, but we managed.

The photos on the listing aren’t even of the street where this hostel is located. It’s listed as a hotel but it’s a hostel. They show a fantastic buffet but no buffet exists. They claim there’s a continental breakfast but there isn’t a breakfast offered. They have no kitchen and no pastries are offered. The entry to the hostel is on the third floor of an apartment building in a dark backstreet. There’s not a sign on the building to indicate a hotel or hostel is located in that building. Only when looking at the apartment numbers to get buzzed in do you see their name. It was scary and I almost didn’t stay there because my wife was petrified. She was expecting a hotel, not a dirty and dingy third floor hostel on a back street. But I had already paid a non refundable fee so I decided to check it out and it was run by some sweet elderly ladies. I won’t even go into the sticky dirty floor and lumpy bed. I can deal with that. But I despise dishonesty and the listing was EXTREMELY deceptive. Great location though. It’s just a couple streets from a prime area.

Clean rooms, staff 10/10, silence place and everything perfect for resting. In the middle of everything.

Margarita was amazing…very friendly and helpful! Rooms are good size with comfy beds and pillows and balcony. The place is very homey and for the price, will stay there again!

The location of this place is probably one of the best in terms of being able to walk to everything within 15 minutes or less. The room is soft was very simple and clean and overall the stay was great. Keep in mind. The elevator is really small and you have to go up to the third floor in case you have a lot of luggage or lots of people in your group that might be a little tricky -other than that everything was awesome.

The location is perfect! It’s just a block away from Metro (Opera Station) that will bring you everywhere in the city of Madrid. The room is small but clean, if you need a place to sleep and refresh, it is perfect. Of course you will hear a bit the noise outside because it’s in the city center. Close to Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, San Gines, Opera house and more, as in, it’s located in the busy street.

Definitely worth it! Great location! Not a hotel but a very nice aparthotel.

Margarita was such a kind lady. She helped us with all the questions we had. The hotel area was very nice, with lots of options to eat and at walking distance to the main attractions

Great service and nice room, very clean. A bit hard to find at the beginning. My cab was able to figure out that it was on the third floor! Ladies ruining it are very nice!!!!!!

Teresa & Margarita were delightful at reception – they speak very little English, but they were kind, enthusiastic, & helpful nonetheless! The building & rooms are older – think 1980s – but the location is everything!!! Luggage storage was also safe, easy, & a huge bonus for us.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo a pie! La habitación individual era pequeña pero cómoda y todo limpio siempre. La señora Margarita es un amor al igual que la gente de limpieza. La habitación tenía radiador y aire acondicionado, también un ventanal grande. Que el edificio a pesar de ser antiguo tenga ascensor es un gran plus.
