First night I was placed into a room that was older, poorly laid out, impossibly small shower. Certainly not the executive suite I booked, pictures not even close. Room door lock broken, had to get that fixed. No garbage can in the bathroom. No towels in one of the bathrooms. Complained, second night they moved me and it was the room I booked. No refund though. Bait and switch. Also, went during San Juan. Non stop party there until 4:30 am. Didn’t know that about the area. Would never go back. Nothing tranquil or peaceful about it. Lots of garbage on property, and staff always loud with dishes, carts, mopping machines, other things that you don’t usually run into as an issue at a nice hotel. This hotel is very echoing inside, very loud. Great location, beautiful city, terrible stay. Two thumbs down.
