We loved this clean hotel, great location, lots of choices for breakfast, friendly staff. Walking distance to many places, parking was a bit scary with a one way up and down in a bigger car, but my husband managed. I think we are just used to wide American streets and parking spots.

The hotel is well located in the center of Madrid and near el Corte Ingles, the largest department and grocery store in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially concerning the printing of documents and boarding passes.

Property more of condo that turn in a hotel. It is outdated. Bed are firm. Two twin beds combined to make it king size. Bathroom configuration odd. Mini kitchen helps with stove, fridge, sink and housewares included. The housekeeping services awesome.

Great location. Spacious room, especially for European standard. The unit we stayed in comes with a small kitchenette. Convenient having a microwave and fridge.
The restaurant next door was very good, we highly recommend it too.
