Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet.

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful.
The room we had was perfect we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach.
The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower.
The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities.

NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The Premium Room with Terrasse(which was expensive enough for what it was), was a shock! The room smelled strong like cigarettes! The painting on the wall was falling apart. The airco was extremely noisy. The room was unclean. The staff at the reception was so unfriendly and terribly rude!!!

You will not regret a stay in this hotel. It was great. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, perfect location - right on the beach, etc. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, etc. Overall, one of our best stays of our 2 week trip to the Canary Islands

Loved the area but hotel room very small when booked told we had a terrace but really was very small balcony some staff quite rude , breakfast not the best we have had better for less don’t pay for the breakfast other hotels do far more and better for less
