Occidental Sevilla Viapol

The location was very good as it was walkable from tourist attractions and also has public transport available close by. The staff were nice. The downside is that they don't do room service and their room TVs don't connect to WiFi so cannot watch anything online on the TV or connect it to another screen either. There are no indoor pools.

A 3 night stay in Seville over Easter as part of a longer visit to Spain. The hotel was easily located by road, and has excellent, secure underground parking facilities which were charged at 18 Euro per day. The hotel is bright, modern and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out processes took only a few minutes and were very simple. My room was on the 2nd floor, and was exactly what I needed; clean and bright, good internet access, plenty of room for storage, and an excellent bathroom with a walk-in hot shower! I booked on a Room-only basis, and didn't use any of the leisure facilities, so I don't have any comments regarding those facilities. For me the hotel location was perfect for sightseeing. It is based close to University facilities, within a few moments walk of the main bus and tram lines, but it is also an easy and safe walk directly into the city centre. I chose to walk on most occasions, and from the hotel it took between 10 and 15 minutes to walk to the Plaza de Espana. Overall, this hotel location was a perfect choice for me.

The recepcionist in the front was very useful and went beyond, the clean lady the same way, both of them trying to help while my husband got sick. Overall all the staff was amazing

Good convenient place

The property is conveniently located close the city center. There is train station right across . Very walkable to the main attractions. It’s is located across the street to a university where there are a lot of students in the area . Overall It was a pleasant stay.

During my stay, I experienced a serious safety issue with the bed in my room.The edge of the bed was extremely soft and slanted, which caused me to roll off the bed while sleeping. As a result, I fell onto the floor and suffered multiple bruises. The slope of the bed and its unstable design present a significant hazard to guests. I am very disappointed that such a basic safety standard was not met, and I believe this incident could have been prevented with better room inspection and maintenance.

Good location - easy for tram but also walkable to everything! Room big and comfortable - very modern and had everything we needed! Only thing that would have added to the stay would have been a coffee maker in the room but we were able to get coffee from the lobby at a small cost every morning.

Very clean, good hotel, friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Hotel was clean, modern and had what we needed. Bed was comfy and rainfall shower was great. Could’ve done with more hooks in the room and the air con turned on in March as it was room in the room but overall very happy with our stay.

Lovely hotel, great location, no car needed, every attraction is within a walking distance. Lovely staff!
