Very friendly and attentive staff which really took actions on our feedback (not just took notes)!
Comfortable new rooms and super large beds.
Main cons:
* air conditioner blows directly onto the bed - risk to get cold over night
* windows have no sound isolation, while outside there is a bar and night club with loud groups - which was loud even with a closed window
Very good breakfast with some local products like jamon, cheese, churros.
Food of quite high quality, e.g. fresh orange juice.
Live cooking of omelletes, fried eggs etc.
However there is almost no variation in the food from day to day.

We just got back from a 3 day / night stay at this hotel. It's absolutely perfect for a city break stay. A clean, modern hotel with super friendly and very helpful team. It's situated perfectly for travel from the airport (airport bus stops right outside the hotel - 6 Euros, 20 mins). you can walk to the town centre and the cathedral area in a bout 15 mins, there's a bus and metro station right opposite. We took a train to Cadiz from the main railway station ( 20 min casual walk). Rooms are very comfortable and also quiet and impeccably clean. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice food and drink wise. All good. Definitely going back next year to use as a hub for exploring some more cities in that area of Spain. Top marks.

We had to leave a few days early for a medical issue. The hotel was willing to refund the nights but said Expedia refused to refund the unused nights. Perhaps Expedia could explain that to me.

Location for transport was excellent 👍 we did have a problem on our first night with outside noise , but it was soon sorted & moved to a quieter room ! Food in the hotel was very good & as with drinks was reasonably priced ! The staff were great 😃 special mention of Angela & Sara on reception ❤️

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were immaculate. Shower water pressure excellent. Matress and pillows comfortable. Went on a Saturday. Unfortunately my room faced the street. It got very noisy at around 2am.
Moved rooms the next day and was upgraded. This made for a very comfortable stay.
Location is right next to San Bernardo bus station. EA bus runs through Santa Justa train station and also the airport. The bus station is just steps away. If I knew this before hand I would not have spent money on the taxi to the hotel. I was able to catch the bus back to the airport smoothly. 25 min walk to the cathedral and alcazar, shorter to plaza de espana. 5 min walk to Mas the grocery store.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us, even with a complicated luggage shipping issue. They printed the necessary documents, patiently helped us organize our suitcase, and thanks to them the process was successful. Overall, the service was warm and professional. We left with a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.
