Nice property in a quiet area of nice beaches not over crowded. Food was a bit the same each day not much variation. Chips often not cooked well

just to confirm, the property doesn’t really look like it does in the images. the “premium” rooms are like a uk travel lodge. we paid for the premium rooms and turned up and they’re like butlins blocks. rooms were not very well kept. i went with my 3 year old son and it cost 2300 for a week, when arrived they told us it was only breakfast included and we needed to pay for food as our 2300 premium package was breakfast only and not all inclusive. the kids waterpark had a slide that was blocked off and broken for the full week the room had plenty of things broken in it, no iron, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities. the crazy golf is totally wrecked, holes in the concrete literally the size of footballs breakfast is the same each day, nothing changes it certainly doesn’t look like the images so keep this in mind the reception is nice and clean, that’s about it

Overall a wonderful vacation destination. As long as your WHITE. have a minimum of 3 out of control KIDS under 5yrs old and aren't afraid of being cooked like a lobster if you want to take a shower.

We stayed all inclusive. The food and drink options were great and the food was really nice. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is very close to the beach. We didn’t walk down into the town so can’t comment on how close or nice the local bars and restaurants are.

Very good stay & booked again for next year

Lovely hotel. Quiet location. Planes/airport didn't bother us. Food was average, lack of fresh cooked vegetables, it was either greasy or fried veg. Meat cuts were poor quality. Restaurant staff were lovely and attentive. There were regularly empty cups around the pool. The worst thing for us was the unhelpful staff at front desk. They put us in a tiny room (2 ad, 2 ch). There was a sofabed behind the door, no room for cases, the air con didnt work and the tv was in the walkway to the bathroom, this was in the village area. I went to reception and they argued with me that there were no rooms available but I searched their own website for the length of our stay and there were at least 4 rooms available, I'd even said I would pay to upgrade. They said check out of that room in the morning and they'd put us in the hotel block. So thats what we did, at 11am they told us to come back at 2pm to collect new room key. I went back at 2pm and they said they were moving us to the same size room but on level 2 so it has a balcony. This was not what was agreed. They said there was no space in the hotel block and that the hotel was fully booked. I showed them their website and showed them the picture of the room I booked, and then they finally agreed to move us to the hotel blocks, so they weren't full. I don't understand what the issue was to be honest. Asked for a late check out on 4 separate occasions, for our request to be rejected at 9.30am on departure day. Disappointing.

Booked for mum (67), sister (40) and nephew (16) and all three had an amazing time! The location was perfect, with the beach quite literally across the road and plenty to do nearby. The hotel itself was exactly as shown in the pictures and absolutely immaculate! They were breakfast only but found hotel prices very fair. Now, mother is a notorious snob so booking anything for her is a dangerous game. She also hates walking anywhere. So imagine my surprise when I didnt hear a peep out of her! She adored the hotel, loved all of the local restaurants they tried, thought the distance to everything was great and was overjoyed with the shops and the harbour. Almost alerted the media. They're planning to rebook asap. So that's fun for me.

Ideally suited to families with children, large shallow pool, water park, games areas etc and yards from the beach - but as a couple, less suitable. Local restaurants ‘average’ and pool too shallow to swim

Pool area lovely - room 2 flights up and no help with baggage - beach fair- hotel does not supply beach chairs etc. All meals buffet and not very good

A lovely well kept hotel, rooms are clean, service is good, food has a good selection. Would definitely recommend. Is however in a quiet area with a long walk or a taxi journey into Torremolinos or Malaga.

this hotel is not worth the money. Some staff are rude and the management dont seem to have a clue. They also seem to dislike the Brits.

We booked the location based on the photos displayed. Our room was ‘upgraded’ but did not look at all like the photos on the website. Our TV in our bedroom wasn’t working, although we did not contact reception to correct as we did not need to use it and had a TV in the entry area. The beds were very comfortable and the staff we spoke with were lovely. We were on the ground/garden floor and had some very strange and loud noises whenever someone ran the shower or used the toilet. Location was great, unfortunately a bit dated, and the photos should be updated to reflect the current state of the rooms.

Clean, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Swimming pool lovely and pool bars great. Wide range of activities on site and really close to the beach

Lovely hotel. Great value. Room was a little noisy and by that, I mean the noise coming in from the communal corridor and from outside my balcony in to the room. My only real complaint as the rest of the hotel was kept very well, with great facilities.

Over promised and under delivered in a big way. Spent almost $300 to stay one night at this hotel was told check-in is around two. We’re not able to check in till after four and apparently there were field trips of bus loads of children in the age range of 10 to 13 that we were not told We’re staying I believe the total could’ve been hundreds, but several times during our stay we were woken up by classrooms full of kids gathering in the hallways we spoke to the manager Juan, Antonio and he assured us they would be we’d be entitled to some compensation after spending extensive time applying and citing our grievances. We were actually denied any compensation for our inconvenience at this hotel, which further aggravated us after dealing with the inconveniences of the hotel wasting time seeking compensation was pointless. Seems like they have “loss mitigation system” in which they tell guests with genuine grievances to go through several lengthy processes, which ultimately lead to their frustration and just giving up on any compensation that’s my opinion On the matter. I would never stay at this hotel ever again, and I would never recommend it to any family. It’s already stressful enough staying in a foreign country with a small child then to be put through the runaround by the management. Not to mention when we finally did get to check in at four our keys didn’t work for the door, which resulted in going all the way back to the front desk and dealing with that Situation,horrible
