Cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. Food was good and varied for all meals.
Pool area was nice and without a fight for a sunbed every day.
The views over the bay are stunning, we will return again for sure.

A beautiful position with wonderful views of the sea and across the island. A spotlessly clean hotel. I think it’s a few years since it had a refurbishment and some areas looked a little tired but well maintained on a day to day basis. Food is well presented. There is a good selection and it is fresh and tasty. Staff are very friendly in restaurant, bars and reception. Lovely clean pool and surrounding area. A couple of small cons.. rooms are very small and there is limited storage space. There are plenty of sunbeds but not always easy to find shade. All in all far more pros than cons and I would happily visit again

Great resort, beautiful beach. The hotel rooms are very well appointed and really clean. The views are the best you can get! The food is really good quality. My only feedback would be that the drinks as part of the all inclusive are a bit of a let down and the pool is quite small. Everything else is pretty much perfect!

Air con was not good for first few days, but spoke to Reception and was sorted straight away. Breakfast and lunch were good, but thought evening meal could have been better. Pool area and sunbeds were really good. Plenty of beds and you didn’t have to fight for a spot. Beach was lovely. Easy walk down, but walk back with a pram was hard going. All in all would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, we booked 2 rooms one for 2 adults and one for rest of the family, but standard rooms are not ideal for 2 adults and a child.
All staff except the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, sadly each of the receptionists that we encountered had a strange attitude towards customers requesting support.
Food very good and a great variety, pool area and bar teams were great with families.

Overall a nice hotel, food selection for AI is very good, wide selection and well cooked, probably the best AI I've had.
Pool are has plenty of loungers but the pool are is a tad dated and needs updating.
Bar staff at the pool are are friendly and fast.
However I can not forgive the mold in my room at the air conditioning unit which works incredibly slow and hardly cools the room. This mad me ill and set of my breathing condition, hotel tried to tell me it wasn't making me ill but I remembered them I am a doctor. Staff was quick to clean the air conditioning unit. Was told the hotel does not offer fans to help.
The hotel is also at top of a hill, nice views.
We paid for a hot tub room which was nice but I feel some aid to get into out would be helpful.
I was told the manager would deal with my situation on Monday, but have ignored my emails and also the ones from hotel.com so for this reason I can not recommend

We had such an amazing time at Palladium. The staff were amazing and we loved all of the entertainment and pool activities. Very clean, lovely food, nice location near beaches and alose to the Camí de cavals trail. OK bus services to Fornells and Es Mercadal (for connection to Mahon or Ciutadella). Would go there again.
